I have been fasting for 2 years & i can honestly say i've never felt better. We all need to find what works for us. I'm 65, work out 6 days a week strength 💪 training. I couldn't imagine starting my day any other way. Absolutely love your workouts ❤ thank you.

Thanks for the workouts and this amazing list for 2024. I needed to make a list of resolutions and you gave me the perfect list. Focusing on sleep and walking every day are my goals. I started weight training with you daily last year and it has changed my mind and body. Thank you.
I'm going to work on being consistent. I seem to stop or slow down when i get close to being where i want to be and i gain the weight back and start all over again. I believe it's called self sabotage and I really don't know why I keep doing it to myself. So. That is what I will be working on this year. Thank you for all the inspiration. Happy New Year 🎉
Working on not eating after dinner. Such a struggle. I do best if floss and brush immediately after dinner but haven’t been as consistent as I need to be.

Regain my health after long Covid. I was in great shape before and I’m getting it back. I just need to get back into a routine.
