Well if your going to interview Lucas, do it properly. Ask him why he thought he could spend $45K on someone else's motorhome, why he thought he could spend $50K on his American Express, why he thought he could transfer $140K to his personal accounts, if you don't ask him straight up these questions there's no point even interviewing him.

Anyone can say someone took this and that but that doesn’t mean that’s what happened. For all we know, the Lawrence’s may have even allowed him to do those things, if they are true, and they forgot they had told him that it was okay. Not saying that’s the case but it could be or the accusation could be completely false and this is why you wait until after the evidence is shown and someone is actually found guilty or admits it before just blindly believing something and ruining someone’s life.

No matter what you are accused of, not one person should just believe it’s true without proof. That is how innocent people end up in jail. You don’t care about proof, you’ve already shown that, and that is a BIG problem in this country. They aren't legal documents. It's Complaint letter to the court that may or may not have been filed. It doesn't use the Lawrences legal names and the wording is like a high school girl wrote it. Not really that professional.
You do realize not everyone sees things at the same time, right? Also, it was just a letter, not really a “legal document” and it also just states what they are ACCUSING him of. Just because they SAY he did those things doesn’t mean it’s true. Anyone who has watched Cooksey for a while knows when he has been wrong about something he’s said, he has had no problem making a video and admitting he was wrong. But as of now, nobody knows what the truth is. Lawrence and wasserman say he did these things and Lucas says he didn’t. Only time and evidence will tell whether he did or not and as of right not, not one of us knows which is the truth. This is why you are innocent until proven guilty and why you go to court and don’t just throw someone in prison and throw away the key just because someone says they did something wrong. I’m sure there’s a good chance that he did something wrong, but until I see actual physical evidence/proof of it, I’m not bashing or hating on Lucas or anyone and everyone else should be the exact same way no matter if you’re a Lawrence bros fan or not. This is someone’s life/freedom at stake and I’ll be damned if I’m just going to blindly believe without seeing proof. If you were accused of doing something wrong, wouldn’t you want people to not just automatically believe it with no proof or would you rather everyone just assume you are guilty?

Where is the evidence that says he DID spend that money and on those things? What you read was a document ACCUSING him of doing those things, not actual proof of doing those things. Now ofcourse, they could be true, but you can’t just see someone accuse someone of doing something in a letter and just automatically assume he actually did those things. Since when do people not care about seeing the actual PROOF of wrongdoing and just blindly believe one side over the other without it? That completely goes against everything this country stands for (if you’re an American Atleast). If he asks him those questions and Lucas says he never did any of those things, then what? You do know a letter saying you did something isn’t proof of actually doing something, right? You need to see bank statements, get witnesses that were involved in those things, etc etc etc, to prove those accusations are true and happened exactly how they are saying it happened and were done by him. How about you wait to make a decision on if he’s thorny or not UNTIL AFTER YOUVE SEEN PROOF?

The document didn’t do anything except say what they are accusing him of doing. There’s no actual proof showing he did do those things. Not saying he didn’t but yall are overreacting to a letter that just says the things they are accusing him of doing wrong and that isn’t proof of doing something wrong. I can write a letter and say you stole my bikes and money from my bank and bought an RV with it but does that mean it’s true? No. Let’s all wait until someone shows actual evidence that he did these things and THEN we can start bashing him. Until then, he is innocent and people need to stop just automatically and blindly finding him guilty. Y’all are what’s wrong with this country and going against one of the most important things in this country which is a person being innocent until PROVEN guilty. Too many innocent men and women are behind bars or have been put to death because of people just assuming someone was guilty and believing all the hype because that’s what the media put out there and so the judge and jury were already biased and made their mind up before those trials even began. If anyone embezzled $660k form any high-profile person who was their employer the Feds not the local police would have had Myrtle in handcuffs last week. Their relationship was as the Lawerence’s described themselves as “family” so it was loose, they may have given him free rein on that account, they may have said you can borrow money for your divorce attorney. This is a he said she said and it’s because Myrtle was no longer needed at 1.5 million a year salary and needed to be eliminated without any severance. Anyone remember 90 days ago when the Lawrence brothers got Deegs and Anderson start money pulled for the Australian Supercross? They are unethical and unprofessional.
Exactly. Not saying that’s what happened and that mirtle isn’t guilty, but let’s wait and see actual evidence of wrongdoing first. All we’ve seen is what they are accusing him of doing and accusations don’t mean you’re guilty. For all we know the Lawrence’s gave him permission to do those things and forgot. All I know is as an American, I will not just blindly believe something and we should all allow the legal system to do what it’s meant to do and the constitution to do its job allowing you to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. So many people forget that and just believe what they want to believe because of who it is, especially a case like this where one of the accusers is one of the biggest names in the sport with a huge fanbase and that’s just unfair. Luckily, a fair jury trial should have a jury of peers who don’t know anything about this sport or who any of these people are and will actually let the evidence, or lack thereof, be the determining factor. As of right now, Lucas is innocent in my eyes and will be until they prove to me with evidence that he isn’t.
Not true at all. I personally know someone who stole WAY more than, the feds didn't touch it, and they didn't even serve time after conviction, just probation. Even after restitution they walked away with $1.1m profit. Crime does pay.

Juju definitely has the speed (deegan fan here) the difference between them is deegan isn’t afraid to send it every lap and juju is more reserved and will settle for 2nd/3rd instead of taking that risk to ride over his head to win. Could help or hurt him in the end, but to say he doesn’t have the speed is crazy. He has shown he can match and beat deegans laptimes. This is supercross where all the top guys are within tenths of eachothers laptimes and it comes down to starts and who makes the least amount of little mistakes throughout the race. Now outdoors, yeah nobody has Deegans speed but sx speed isn’t that much of a factor bc they never get anywhere close to as fast as those bikes can go or someone’s raw speed.
