Nope! Liquid latex bonds to fabric, so it should be pretty washable. It also means you have to be incredbly careful not to get it on any clothes you're wearing
+Sydney Spangler You could try this using fabric paints, but use the same method to apply it. There are heaps of "melting tights" videos on RUclips, so you can see how it works using paint. I hope this helps and it works well!

You can do the same technique with acrylic paint & textile medium, which turns it into a fabric paint.
