If the High Court Judgement stays as it is, then the Struck Down OBC castes become part of General Class. But at the same time they bring back 10% state reservation that was allocated to them to the General Class. So net net , even if the judgement stays, cutoff for UR and OBC will not change much

That could be...but as the number of obc candidates will be significantly less than previous year so the cutoff for obc will be lower for west bengal state quota..
