Your information is not appropriate. As per Calcutta High Court, those sub cast which are incorporated after 2010, are invalid, only 66 subcast who are OBC prior to 2010, are still OBC whenever their certificate is issued before or after 2010. Please read page 190 of this judgement.

There are literally lots of check and balance , lots of argument and lots of proof provided to give final judgment...and what do you think why court takes lots of time to solve a case ?? bcoz of this only....read the verdict of any court you will understand... If contempt of court wouldn't be there then no one will obey the court judgement.....
