5:15 that's exactly what it is. It's supposed to be a thematic change to better fit myers as a character. You're supposed to only see him from afar and when you do see him up close it's the end of you.
The stalking change is more on themed with the character, usually when Myers is stalking people he isn't right up their ass, unless he's going in for the kill.
You don’t really wanna chase them and try and get stalk. They made it more true to his character and now it’s way more accurate. You want to play more like ghost face and not be seen and stalk from a far while they do a gen.
problem is, with line of sights, you usually need to get closer and contrary to ghost face, you got a terror radius telling the survivors you are nearby, probably stalking them.

So then you might stalk people without them noticing as fast maybe Add PWYF, Batteries included & idk what else (why not the huntress perk to become undetectable with bloodlust lol. funny once at t3 to surprise other people maybe)
@@D-Boy22The terror radius of myers in tier two is 16m... that's super achievable on nearly any map in the game except for maybe lery's. Yes, with perks (namely monitor&abuse) you can get much better at sneaking, but it's really not necessary; anyone who plays myers can tell you that.
@ I nearly main Myers my guy. I can tell you some gens requires you to be at around 10 meters to be able to see a survivor on it depending on where they repair it. And thats on most maps. So its not as straightforward as Ghost Face who can do its job at 2 meters and sneak on them. But it looks more fun to play at least.
i'd say lethal pursuer is gonna be a lot better than corrupt intervention on myers. being able to know exactly where everyone is so you can stalk from far away is gonna be more helpful than forcing the survivors to run into you because of how slow it is to stalk up close
Makes sense to me. Know exactly where survivors are so you can approach and stalk undetected from afar while they feel comfortable on a gen, as opposed to making survivors cross the map and maybe run into you for a few seconds before breaking line of sight.
Lethal and corrupt both do a very similar job, in that they both give you varying amounts of information about where survivors are at the start since you can make inferences based on which gens get blocked and where you spawned. Michael is also a really slow-starting killer who loves the extra time at the start of a game, because even with his new speed buff by the time he can run cross-map from spawn to the surv spawn they might have already busted out the first gen before you even start stalking. Lethal is better for highly mobile killers, corrupt is better for slow-starters.
honestly, with the right setup, i can see Hair Tombstone meyers being peak halloween. it's like an endgame build now basically. no getting instakills at 3 gens anymore, but instead you get the kills around when you would normally
U never got insta kills at 3 gens unless survivors were dumb enough to let u stalk them. Which wasn't rare but not exactly common either. Tombstone is done for. Rip mikey

The amount of frustration at being the first person to give him a proper, good chase, & be punished for it with a mori was mounting w/ each encounter with that broken add-on. This is so much healthier for the solo q experience & no killer should get something that strong without a good amount of effort. Now the player has to be strategic & the amount of time it takes is more than enough warning to tell players key information.

And that even works on indoor maps like The Game (combined with the 25% faster stalk addon).

As Mr loopz said indoor maps are going to be impossible to even reach tombstone on with the debuff to stalk up close. So we're left with a weak m1 killer. Whose best add on is unusable. Awesome

If they're going through this Myers change then they need to change the evil incarnate achievement because it'll be impossible to get the achievement not like it's already harder to get the achievement in the first place
I agree. Having a dinky lunge attack is enough of a penalty for using Scratch Mirror. But at some point, he's getting rework anyway. So honestly, it's whatever. But most of the changes we've seen in the PTB I like.
As a Myers main i am so excited. However i don't know if this is going to buff him enough. It feels like they barely gave him an upgrade. Now i am hearing people say (including you) that Myers will get a full rework in a few months. If that's the case this was a great update because it helps Myers out until then. If not i just don't know what the point of updating even was if He's barely going to be upgraded. So hopefully you guys are right.
One thing I always thought would be kinda interesting for Myers is if he had a kit similar to how Doctor was on release (Treatment and Punishment mode). It would be a cool rework if he had a stalk mode and then an attack mode, the incentive for stalk mode being you earn stalk and your terror radius disappears, meanwhile attack mode allows you to swing your weapon and increasing your movement speed depending on what tier Evil within is on. Idk kinda an interesting concept but I think BHVR might have something better in mind when they finally rework him!
Not getting stalk as fast up close makes sense (especially with the changes). His whole thing is stalking from afar so there's the canon, but also now it isn't easy for Myers to just save up Tier 3 and pop it from an inch away, keeping a bit of balance to the other buffs
Not only is his rework great thematically it's also a great balancing change. I've died far too many times to a Mori Myers Standing just outside my vision while I'm on a gen.
The best thing about the last of the two buffs is when you use double iri add-ons, you will need 20 stalk less in total, 5 normal as the buff says, but when you accout for the two times double (multiplicative) amout necessary from both iri add-ons, that five doubles twice. Which means the buff is even more so for iri than any other build, add to that you can also get more from each Survivor as well... You needed like max stalk on 3.5 Survivors before which took forever, now that will probably be more like 2 to 2.5, which will also take a bit less time, usually there's like one Survivor on a team that breaks line of sight effectively, so now you can also ignore them and go for the easier stalks, saving even more time. Crazy good buff.
And tombstone piece got a buff too, even though it got a nerf as well (now needing 15 SP to get tier 3 the first time), since now you won't have 0 stalk progress after you moried someone in tier 3 and you can mori all four survivors if you manage your stalk right and even have a fifth tier 3 if you mess up and don't get a mori before it runs out.
I think for double iri Myers, what you have to bring is Corrupt Intervention, Deadlock, Play With Your Food, and whatever fourth perk you're most comfortable with. I'd probably go for Bamboozle myself, but a gen regression perk or even Game Afoot would be smart.
you kinda can with otr. if someone is unhooked and you don’t hear their grunts of pain, they are likely being suppressed by otr unless there is another grunts of pain suppressing perk in play.
Imo he doesnt even need a full "rework" as no actual mechanics need changed. They just need to make it so Evil points on survivors regenerate over time, so he never is just out of power for the rest of the match. Then, after they make that change, they can make him go back into tier 1 after tier 3 ends. It would be nice if he got like a move speed bonus after stalking from a distance for a few seconds, i wanna really feel the whole "how is he behind me, he was just way over there" Myers feeling.
Boooya said these changes shouldn't go live as it's made Michael worse especially his tombstone double iri which now needs 800% stalk to activate rather than 400%.
As a scratched mirror myers, I have no particular feeling on these changes. I've also tried using double iri's! it's very tough, but doable! Every time I've acquired it, though, it was with all or all but one generators done. I'm sure with a proper slowdown build you can still do it. But you need to WORK for that tier 3.
as a scratched mirror myers, I am really disappointed they purposely neutered scratched mirror. T1 being at 110% would have finally allowed Scratched mirror without a map offering. And while its theoretically strong with a map offering, 60% of the time a survivor brings one anyway that will almost always trump your offering. BTW, I did the math before playing, so I know what to do with the double iri's. I got it within 60 seconds of the match beginning. All you need is just 1 hiding spot 40 meters away and just stalk. You really dont need to work for it anymore. Same with tombstone piece, its 27 seconds at max range to go from t1 to having t3 99'd
Agree about Mirror Myers speed. On open maps, MM is pretty tough. Ormond and Wreckers near impossible as you cant sneak up on people or catch up to them with such slow speed.

@Flotter-Flo then you dont know how to play it. Lery's only has 5 pallets where they can succesfully palletcamp if they are being followed, where the average map has 10. You surprise them, keep them on their toes. I have yet to get a game against a coordinated swf where I didnt get any kills, because the only time 0 kills is a threat is if they all brought selfcare
@@Predated2 ive never faced one either, but ive faced scratchy as part of one multiple times. u just stay near pallets at all times until someone calls where he is. any time no one sees him, dont go further than 5 meters from a pallet. because of 105%, many pallets on lerys are solid against him, anywhere near main u are unkillable because of the TV checkspots loops. and once he gets his first injury, if he is smart, he will not let u heal, so then u abuse the god pallets. u basically force him to either commit the chase which would be an insta lose or deal with u being healed in a safe pallet. even if he has sloppy and interrupts the heal, u just loop him with the healer staying close to call where he is and to heal u once he leaves or take a hit when necessary. he is also hurt more than any other kilelr by the ridiculous 70s hook time change. and he doesnt even have a choice. as a scratchy, giving away a free unhook means an L against a real SWF. hate to break it to u, but against actual good players, scratch mirror myers has to scramble mad for even one kill. it shouldnt even be possible without a lucky noed spawn.
Tombstone piece is a better alternative to Judith Tombstone now. Especially since you can actually mori the whole team now, thanks to more Evil Within.
True. Also now you can get a mori with it by just stalking that one survivor you want to mori, so you only run out of juice if you don't play smart. Can't wait to finally get Evil Incarnate fair and square.
Even on a map like the game you can get to tier 3 pretty fast (even with tombstone piece). Lery's might be the hardest map then, but Lery's is already the Scratched Mirror Myers number 1 map.
With how bull the double iri Myers usually is to play against, I'm ok with this change. Maybe give him a little more movement speed during it though, that was a bit crazy
I prefer Meyers’s purple Tombstone Piece to Judith’s Tombstone honestly. Tombstone Piece doesn’t inflict a movement penalty and takes less energy to charge up. Yes, you only get one kill out of it and then you are drained back into Evil 2, but frankly one instant mori is usually enough to swing the match in your favor anyway so there’s no need to have “infinite moris”. Heck, you can even get two moris out of the Purple if you want to and have a chance to recharge back to Evil 3 after the first one, but at that point you’re probably rubbing it in. And yeah, with the PTB changes you really should never be trying to charge your power up when you’re close to a survivor. Just go for a hit or force a pallet drop and stalk survivors when they run away or don’t see you at a distance. In fact getting hits and downs in basic chases increases your pressure and gives you that much extra time to stalk people from a distance out of chase.
To add to your points: now tombstone piece has the same possibilities of getting 4 moris but it now encourages you to only mori survivors you stalked a lot instead of one who has almost full stalk still. And you can play sneakier to get close enough to pop tier 3 again and go for the kill. Feels way more like Michael Myers than both iri combos.

What about a sneak stalking build ? machine learning for example to help you get to T3 during that phase were you can't really defend gens cause you need stacking, having the stealth could also help you get into a position you can stalk without loosing sight if they dont know you are around
I've seen so many clips of people stacking All-Shaking Thunder (AST) with Coup (de Grace) that I'm worried, if not almost certain, that BHVR will make it so they can no longer stack. Pretty much every goofy build is based on stacking.
I have an interesting idea that might work within dbd's rules. What if they gave Myers the sadako treatment and make him alternate between being able to attack to being able to stalk but not attack and if he gets in chase by a survivor or give it sort of the Ghostface treatment and reveal his undetectable at a certain distance and reveal his aura to the survivors for like 2 or 3 seconds and if Myers has reveal anh survivors long enough within the time he was undetectable he will get an aura reveal on then as well and when he's undetectable that's when he gives the hidden exposed status that only triggers within like 4 meters of a survivors Personally I think this would fit Myers perfectly since he constantly stays out of sight unless he wants u to see him and even then that's plot, but keep it within the games logic to also let him be revealed to the survivors just for a bit so the immediate realization that it's never too safe hits in. Ima be completely honest I know very little abt the movies and don't have that many hours on dbd besides the mobile version for like 900 hours, so I'd like to hear any tweaks
It's actually way easier after the changes, because now you can do the achievement with tombstone piece as well. And you can get to tier 3 by just stalking the one survivor you want to mori and do that for all four survivors and you will have enough stalk to even get one tier 3 in which you don't get a mori if it is the first or second tier 3. Because now you need 63 stalkpoints for four tier 3s with tombstone piece (15 each + 3 for tier 2) and there are a total of 80, 20 on each survivor.
We need the death angels from the quiet place as a killer you know. Could be a power similar to the doctor where instead of electricity it just reveals auras with a shriek. Maybe makes the survivors louder and more reveals aura more easily idk sounds cool to me

You no longer need both iri addons. Now it is possible to get 4 tier 3 moris with the tombstone piece (best combined with the 25% faster stalk addon). You only need 15 stalkpoints now for tier 3 instead of the +150% stalk it previously had. So now you can stalk one survivor and get to tier 3. And now you can mori each survivor by only stalking them. So now it encourages you to kill survivors you stalked a lot instead of survivors that pretty much still have full Stalkpoints available.
Tombstone Myers + Infinite tier 3 may require something like Dark Devotion, Furtitive Chase, Unforseen, or just Monitor and Abuse. Something that gives survivors false sense of security.
Apparently you still get the achievement if you bring an ebony mori and so long as you mori all 4 survivors while in just regular tier 3, you still get it.
The myers new stalk actually works more like actual myers now lol... He loved to stalk from a distance, and when he was up close you were pretty much dead.
Something that might be important is that when stalking up close, Myers gains a bit less than half stalk, which is still miles better than pre patch stalking from afar. Basically, stalking from close NOW is still better than stalking from afar BEFORE.
So... what stops people from just running into him witn no collision and just staying inside of him where he gets little to no stalk and also can't really stalk while running tombstone? Hitting them, i know, but that still isn't designed good because point of power is to use it, not to be a usual m1 by bluffing you'll be using your power otherwise...
Kind of like why not so many people play artist - you use her power to deny a loop and m1 most of the time, not to actually use your power to down people like in some rare cases of holding W. She's strong, but that's boring.
Also, tombstone+tuft of hair, neat nerf, but at this point just say they won't work when paired together or some shit, this is not gonna work in an average game (his in the video were below average) where survivors are aware of how much you'll need to stalk anyway, so just do it.
If they wanted to make Myers into an OP top tier killer they would remove the speed and terror radius tier 2 altogether and make insta down tier 3 into new tier 2. But that would be freaking insane without dramatically increasing the stalk generation time on tier 1 where he’s silent. There would need to be some audio cue once he’s into then final 15% of tier 1 stalk charge up. Maybe the soft stalk piano becoming progressively louder until he triggers insta down tier 2
I never really felt like myers needed a rework. He’s a little add on dependent, but there’s so many different play styles you can go about with him and that makes up for it. They can do few tweaks here and there but a complete rework I don’t think is necessary
They should make a new killer and survivors based off "The Evil Within" with Ruvik Who can distort survivors sense of reality and have the blood monster from the same game but not as powerful initiate a chase but with blood orbs from the oni block the path of survivers unless their willing to suffor some health loss and run through it Second ability would be a non damaging hit on a survivor to Plug them into STEM and once all survivors are Plugged in thats where he gains the ability to call upon Samantha i believe her name is the 4 armed creature to long strike or grapple that summons her from the ground and only then will ruviks melee inflect damage to the survivors The third perk would be something that gives him the ability to "teleport" with the keepers safes that are located on either randomly generated spawn points or self placed safes the spawn ruvik close to his subjects I would suggest the play/map area be the part where you fight The sadist boss due to the houses and window with locker locations generator etc .. Of course the survivors would be Sebastian Casteleanos, Joseph, and Julie Kidman Btw dont take this seriously because I've never played only seen DBD but it would be great content if done right, id love to hear suggestions or build ideas to expand upon this
Me watching Spooky stalk survivors up close or moving it to find them they reversed his stalk roles so that he plays like real Myers would staying hidden and just eating up stalk from a far is the best option don’t waste time in chase you gotta play like ghostface now lol,
So what's the point of Tier 1 if you can level up to T2 at a huge range (which it should be) in a few second? Just make T1 and T2 be a toggle (Stalk Mode and Hunt mode)
Should be a mechanic where once you’ve gotten all the juice out of a survivor a limited window of something like a speed boost or no terror radius happens, and then they reset juice
Why? He now can stalk 10 times faster from afar than before and the penalty for stalking from too close is not too big (since you still stalk at 40%, while old stalking from afar was only 10%). So it is a big buff. And now survivors don't get any advantage from running away in your LOS because you get to tier up faster when they gain distance. And you can still 99 your tier 3 and pop it once you're close enough.
I like the change to stalking, it looks a lot more like myers. Walking right up to people and just standing and staring felt a little weird and didnt really make sense. Watching from far away will feel a lot more natural and since it is so easy to break line of sight for survivors I feel like it incentivises remaining undetected while stalking, which is cool.
They made stalking from afar faster and they increased maximum amount of stalk per survivor. Can you now use double red and activate both from super far on only like 2 survivors who aren't paying attention?
@@bobdoe6235 Not really, I did the maths. it's like 40 seconds. It's in theory about 27 seconds in Live, but you have to be standing next to them. So realistically, you will take about 2-3 minutes of stalking to get it off because you tend to stalk from further distances, and long distance double addon currently takes about 4 minutes if you continuosly do it. Now, its reversed, it will take like 2-3 minutes if you stalk them mid-chase, but if you hide behind a tree at max range? You will get perma t3 before they finish a gen.
Weird thought, what if coup/new lunge perk that i forget the name of/unrelenting for ultimate distance just by swinging lol, or some iteration of that for a meme build

Buffs: -tier 1 movementspeed now being 110% -long range stalk (10 times faster now) -Tombstone piece now only needs 15 stalkpoints in total to get to tier 3 instead of +150% like it is in live. Now you can actually get Evil Incarnate achievement with it but only if you play fair and mori the survivors you stalked the most first, to not run out of juice for the last two kills.
If you did both iri add-on for myers, I think it would be a bit better if you replaced coup de grace with play with your food and get some speed stacks at least.
Maybe a power rework have him start a tier 2 then let him tier up like normal, but you could give survivors there stalk back and go down to tier 1 and be a stealth killer

honestly, with the right setup, i can see Hair Tombstone meyers being peak halloween. it's like an endgame build now basically. no getting instakills at 3 gens anymore, but instead you get the kills around when you would normally
U never got insta kills at 3 gens unless survivors were dumb enough to let u stalk them. Which wasn't rare but not exactly common either. Tombstone is done for. Rip mikey

The amount of frustration at being the first person to give him a proper, good chase, & be punished for it with a mori was mounting w/ each encounter with that broken add-on. This is so much healthier for the solo q experience & no killer should get something that strong without a good amount of effort. Now the player has to be strategic & the amount of time it takes is more than enough warning to tell players key information.

And that even works on indoor maps like The Game (combined with the 25% faster stalk addon).

I agree. Having a dinky lunge attack is enough of a penalty for using Scratch Mirror. But at some point, he's getting rework anyway. So honestly, it's whatever. But most of the changes we've seen in the PTB I like.

As a Myers main i am so excited. However i don't know if this is going to buff him enough. It feels like they barely gave him an upgrade. Now i am hearing people say (including you) that Myers will get a full rework in a few months. If that's the case this was a great update because it helps Myers out until then. If not i just don't know what the point of updating even was if He's barely going to be upgraded. So hopefully you guys are right.

One thing I always thought would be kinda interesting for Myers is if he had a kit similar to how Doctor was on release (Treatment and Punishment mode). It would be a cool rework if he had a stalk mode and then an attack mode, the incentive for stalk mode being you earn stalk and your terror radius disappears, meanwhile attack mode allows you to swing your weapon and increasing your movement speed depending on what tier Evil within is on. Idk kinda an interesting concept but I think BHVR might have something better in mind when they finally rework him!
I would enjoy this idea; encourages the player commit to their priorities, and opens up more options for additional utilities.
Not getting stalk as fast up close makes sense (especially with the changes). His whole thing is stalking from afar so there's the canon, but also now it isn't easy for Myers to just save up Tier 3 and pop it from an inch away, keeping a bit of balance to the other buffs
Not only is his rework great thematically it's also a great balancing change. I've died far too many times to a Mori Myers Standing just outside my vision while I'm on a gen.
That Coup and “Does it Clap” is more diabolical than my 6th grade substitute teacher in high heels and a sun dress.
The best thing about the last of the two buffs is when you use double iri add-ons, you will need 20 stalk less in total, 5 normal as the buff says, but when you accout for the two times double (multiplicative) amout necessary from both iri add-ons, that five doubles twice. Which means the buff is even more so for iri than any other build, add to that you can also get more from each Survivor as well... You needed like max stalk on 3.5 Survivors before which took forever, now that will probably be more like 2 to 2.5, which will also take a bit less time, usually there's like one Survivor on a team that breaks line of sight effectively, so now you can also ignore them and go for the easier stalks, saving even more time. Crazy good buff.
And tombstone piece got a buff too, even though it got a nerf as well (now needing 15 SP to get tier 3 the first time), since now you won't have 0 stalk progress after you moried someone in tier 3 and you can mori all four survivors if you manage your stalk right and even have a fifth tier 3 if you mess up and don't get a mori before it runs out.
I think for double iri Myers, what you have to bring is Corrupt Intervention, Deadlock, Play With Your Food, and whatever fourth perk you're most comfortable with. I'd probably go for Bamboozle myself, but a gen regression perk or even Game Afoot would be smart.
Like the rework of the stalking to now make it to surviver have to run up to you to slow you down from tiering up

Imo he doesnt even need a full "rework" as no actual mechanics need changed.
They just need to make it so Evil points on survivors regenerate over time, so he never is just out of power for the rest of the match.
Then, after they make that change, they can make him go back into tier 1 after tier 3 ends.
It would be nice if he got like a move speed bonus after stalking from a distance for a few seconds, i wanna really feel the whole "how is he behind me, he was just way over there" Myers feeling.

As a scratched mirror myers, I have no particular feeling on these changes.
I've also tried using double iri's! it's very tough, but doable! Every time I've acquired it, though, it was with all or all but one generators done. I'm sure with a proper slowdown build you can still do it. But you need to WORK for that tier 3.
as a scratched mirror myers, I am really disappointed they purposely neutered scratched mirror. T1 being at 110% would have finally allowed Scratched mirror without a map offering. And while its theoretically strong with a map offering, 60% of the time a survivor brings one anyway that will almost always trump your offering.
BTW, I did the math before playing, so I know what to do with the double iri's. I got it within 60 seconds of the match beginning. All you need is just 1 hiding spot 40 meters away and just stalk. You really dont need to work for it anymore. Same with tombstone piece, its 27 seconds at max range to go from t1 to having t3 99'd
Agree about Mirror Myers speed. On open maps, MM is pretty tough. Ormond and Wreckers near impossible as you cant sneak up on people or catch up to them with such slow speed.

You surprise them, keep them on their toes. I have yet to get a game against a coordinated swf where I didnt get any kills, because the only time 0 kills is a threat is if they all brought selfcare
@@Predated2 ive never faced one either, but ive faced scratchy as part of one multiple times. u just stay near pallets at all times until someone calls where he is. any time no one sees him, dont go further than 5 meters from a pallet. because of 105%, many pallets on lerys are solid against him, anywhere near main u are unkillable because of the TV checkspots loops. and once he gets his first injury, if he is smart, he will not let u heal, so then u abuse the god pallets. u basically force him to either commit the chase which would be an insta lose or deal with u being healed in a safe pallet. even if he has sloppy and interrupts the heal, u just loop him with the healer staying close to call where he is and to heal u once he leaves or take a hit when necessary. he is also hurt more than any other kilelr by the ridiculous 70s hook time change. and he doesnt even have a choice. as a scratchy, giving away a free unhook means an L against a real SWF. hate to break it to u, but against actual good players, scratch mirror myers has to scramble mad for even one kill. it shouldnt even be possible without a lucky noed spawn.
Tombstone piece is a better alternative to Judith Tombstone now. Especially since you can actually mori the whole team now, thanks to more Evil Within.

Even on a map like the game you can get to tier 3 pretty fast (even with tombstone piece). Lery's might be the hardest map then, but Lery's is already the Scratched Mirror Myers number 1 map.
I think it makes sense for a slow cook up close. That way you cant slug us so fast the distance gives us opportunity not to to die right away.

With how bull the double iri Myers usually is to play against, I'm ok with this change. Maybe give him a little more movement speed during it though, that was a bit crazy
I prefer Meyers’s purple Tombstone Piece to Judith’s Tombstone honestly. Tombstone Piece doesn’t inflict a movement penalty and takes less energy to charge up. Yes, you only get one kill out of it and then you are drained back into Evil 2, but frankly one instant mori is usually enough to swing the match in your favor anyway so there’s no need to have “infinite moris”. Heck, you can even get two moris out of the Purple if you want to and have a chance to recharge back to Evil 3 after the first one, but at that point you’re probably rubbing it in.
And yeah, with the PTB changes you really should never be trying to charge your power up when you’re close to a survivor. Just go for a hit or force a pallet drop and stalk survivors when they run away or don’t see you at a distance. In fact getting hits and downs in basic chases increases your pressure and gives you that much extra time to stalk people from a distance out of chase.
To add to your points: now tombstone piece has the same possibilities of getting 4 moris but it now encourages you to only mori survivors you stalked a lot instead of one who has almost full stalk still. And you can play sneakier to get close enough to pop tier 3 again and go for the kill. Feels way more like Michael Myers than both iri combos.
Michael being slow when going for the kill with tombstone is also thematicaly accurate since he always walks slowly after his running victims

Personally i'd have chosen Dead Dawg Saloon based on the choice for the add-ons, long sightlines seem to be very good for the way Mikey plays now, It'd probably look a bit boring standing on the balcony but it would have been an excellent demonstration on how to maximise Mikey's new potential.
What about a sneak stalking build ? machine learning for example to help you get to T3 during that phase were you can't really defend gens cause you need stacking, having the stealth could also help you get into a position you can stalk without loosing sight if they dont know you are around

I've seen so many clips of people stacking All-Shaking Thunder (AST) with Coup (de Grace) that I'm worried, if not almost certain, that BHVR will make it so they can no longer stack.
Pretty much every goofy build is based on stacking.
I have an interesting idea that might work within dbd's rules. What if they gave Myers the sadako treatment and make him alternate between being able to attack to being able to stalk but not attack and if he gets in chase by a survivor or give it sort of the Ghostface treatment and reveal his undetectable at a certain distance and reveal his aura to the survivors for like 2 or 3 seconds and if Myers has reveal anh survivors long enough within the time he was undetectable he will get an aura reveal on then as well and when he's undetectable that's when he gives the hidden exposed status that only triggers within like 4 meters of a survivors
Personally I think this would fit Myers perfectly since he constantly stays out of sight unless he wants u to see him and even then that's plot, but keep it within the games logic to also let him be revealed to the survivors just for a bit so the immediate realization that it's never too safe hits in. Ima be completely honest I know very little abt the movies and don't have that many hours on dbd besides the mobile version for like 900 hours, so I'd like to hear any tweaks
Man I’m so glad I got that 4 mori achievement for Myers wayyyy back in the good ol days. It’s gonna be so hard now for players who haven’t done it
It's actually way easier after the changes, because now you can do the achievement with tombstone piece as well. And you can get to tier 3 by just stalking the one survivor you want to mori and do that for all four survivors and you will have enough stalk to even get one tier 3 in which you don't get a mori if it is the first or second tier 3. Because now you need 63 stalkpoints for four tier 3s with tombstone piece (15 each + 3 for tier 2) and there are a total of 80, 20 on each survivor.
We need the death angels from the quiet place as a killer you know. Could be a power similar to the doctor where instead of electricity it just reveals auras with a shriek. Maybe makes the survivors louder and more reveals aura more easily idk sounds cool to me

You no longer need both iri addons. Now it is possible to get 4 tier 3 moris with the tombstone piece (best combined with the 25% faster stalk addon). You only need 15 stalkpoints now for tier 3 instead of the +150% stalk it previously had. So now you can stalk one survivor and get to tier 3. And now you can mori each survivor by only stalking them. So now it encourages you to kill survivors you stalked a lot instead of survivors that pretty much still have full Stalkpoints available.
Tombstone Myers + Infinite tier 3 may require something like Dark Devotion, Furtitive Chase, Unforseen, or just Monitor and Abuse. Something that gives survivors false sense of security.
Apparently you still get the achievement if you bring an ebony mori and so long as you mori all 4 survivors while in just regular tier 3, you still get it.
The myers new stalk actually works more like actual myers now lol... He loved to stalk from a distance, and when he was up close you were pretty much dead.
Something that might be important is that when stalking up close, Myers gains a bit less than half stalk, which is still miles better than pre patch stalking from afar. Basically, stalking from close NOW is still better than stalking from afar BEFORE.

So... what stops people from just running into him witn no collision and just staying inside of him where he gets little to no stalk and also can't really stalk while running tombstone? Hitting them, i know, but that still isn't designed good because point of power is to use it, not to be a usual m1 by bluffing you'll be using your power otherwise...
Kind of like why not so many people play artist - you use her power to deny a loop and m1 most of the time, not to actually use your power to down people like in some rare cases of holding W. She's strong, but that's boring.
Also, tombstone+tuft of hair, neat nerf, but at this point just say they won't work when paired together or some shit, this is not gonna work in an average game (his in the video were below average) where survivors are aware of how much you'll need to stalk anyway, so just do it.
So glad I've already got the achievement to tombstone every survivor. You're going to have to team like the 3 blink nurse grab.

If they wanted to make Myers into an OP top tier killer they would remove the speed and terror radius tier 2 altogether and make insta down tier 3 into new tier 2.
But that would be freaking insane without dramatically increasing the stalk generation time on tier 1 where he’s silent. There would need to be some audio cue once he’s into then final 15% of tier 1 stalk charge up. Maybe the soft stalk piano becoming progressively louder until he triggers insta down tier 2

I never really felt like myers needed a rework. He’s a little add on dependent, but there’s so many different play styles you can go about with him and that makes up for it. They can do few tweaks here and there but a complete rework I don’t think is necessary

They should make a new killer and survivors based off "The Evil Within" with Ruvik
Who can distort survivors sense of reality and have the blood monster from the same game but not as powerful initiate a chase but with blood orbs from the oni block the path of survivers unless their willing to suffor some health loss and run through it
Second ability would be a non damaging hit on a survivor to Plug them into STEM and once all survivors are Plugged in thats where he gains the ability to call upon Samantha i believe her name is the 4 armed creature to long strike or grapple that summons her from the ground and only then will ruviks melee inflect damage to the survivors
The third perk would be something that gives him the ability to "teleport" with the keepers safes that are located on either randomly generated spawn points or self placed safes the spawn ruvik close to his subjects
I would suggest the play/map area be the part where you fight The sadist boss due to the houses and window with locker locations generator etc ..
Of course the survivors would be Sebastian Casteleanos, Joseph, and Julie Kidman
Btw dont take this seriously because I've never played only seen DBD but it would be great content if done right, id love to hear suggestions or build ideas to expand upon this

Why? He now can stalk 10 times faster from afar than before and the penalty for stalking from too close is not too big (since you still stalk at 40%, while old stalking from afar was only 10%). So it is a big buff.
And now survivors don't get any advantage from running away in your LOS because you get to tier up faster when they gain distance. And you can still 99 your tier 3 and pop it once you're close enough.

I like the change to stalking, it looks a lot more like myers. Walking right up to people and just standing and staring felt a little weird and didnt really make sense. Watching from far away will feel a lot more natural and since it is so easy to break line of sight for survivors I feel like it incentivises remaining undetected while stalking, which is cool.

They made stalking from afar faster and they increased maximum amount of stalk per survivor. Can you now use double red and activate both from super far on only like 2 survivors who aren't paying attention?

It's in theory about 27 seconds in Live, but you have to be standing next to them. So realistically, you will take about 2-3 minutes of stalking to get it off because you tend to stalk from further distances, and long distance double addon currently takes about 4 minutes if you continuosly do it.
Now, its reversed, it will take like 2-3 minutes if you stalk them mid-chase, but if you hide behind a tree at max range? You will get perma t3 before they finish a gen.
