I would've expected Kim to react more strongly but still he gives us the benefit of the doubt, that we're just confused and overwhelmed. It's true in part, but still incredible how the lieutenant manages to keep it together when Harry actually tried shooting a child. Or Maybe kim just hates kids /s
I'm surprised this wasn't an ending like it is if you succeed in killing her. I guess the developers decided if you missed then no harm no foul. lol. But yeah, I'm pretty sure Kim understands your anger towards Cunoesse since she's a bit much even for Kim.
i say he think you missed on purpose to scare her away (or atleast gives us the benefit of the doubt for that) - and then you ask him to reload .......... hahahaha
@@suicune2001 My take is it's because Kim has put tons of points in Esprit de Corp lol. It's not uncommon in police or military - or many other groups for that matter - for members to overlook the problematic behavior of their peers, either because of cameraderie or because no one wants to be considered a snitch. "Korpsgeist", it's also called in german. Unless you are violently racist towards him, Kim will put up with almost anything you do, no matter how backwards it is.
I suppose that's a good way of looking at it. Still a bit weird that he didn't try to arrest us for abuse of power, attempt of homicide or something like that.
@SteveyTheEx-EeveeCops serve three purposes: shooting kids, shooting dogs, and shooting poor people. This cop just tried to shoot a poor kid who acts like a bitch. If anything he should get a raise
It's very interesting to me that shooting Cunoesse is a Composure check, instead of H/E Coordination. Killing her is, definitionally, not a crime of passion. You have to be calm and composed, and _still_ decide to kill her.
Nah. She's intentionally trying to piss you off enough to kill her. She's suicidal. EDIT: Oh wait, I see what you're saying. Yeah that is weird now that you point it out.
@@suicune2001 I feel like in the broader context of the game that might actually be part of the point, to show how in positions of power even well intentioned people can easilly overlook horrific conduct if its their friends, even when under any other circumstance they would be mortified

@Jo V that was my thought ..... but after that harrier instantly says that he want to shot her again /
The fact that Kim doesnt try to stop you speaks more about him and his experience with being a juvenile officer for 15 years
at first you might think that the interaction is unrealistic, but then you might remember that they're still both cops.
LMAOO exactly
@SteveyTheEx-Eevee cops blow kids heads off and cover for each other on a daily basis

@SteveyTheEx-Eeveea lot. This game has *lore*

I love how you can still try to kill her
Jesus. This should've been a game over complete with newspaper headline, just like a successful roll. "Deranged cop attempts to murder child".
I'm guessing Kim never told anyone about that but he REALLY should have. lol
@@suicune2001there is a game over for successfully shooting the child. The headline goes something like "Burnt out cop murders child".

He could at-least hit us
I'm surprised he didn't haul our butts to prison right there.
What if you try to throw the gun to Cunoesse?
I want to know too
Kim just takes the gun before you can, it's the same dialogue
I just love the fact Cuno doesn't f*cking care that much
