It is not a real law that can be used or enforced. Hear me out.
When arizona became a state in 1912, the territorial laws ceased to exist. Same with the other two states in the arizona territory, new mexico and oklahoma when they became states. So, quit being stupid.

Don't know what makes you so stupid, but it sure works!
"Anyone who has the power to make you believe absurdities has the power to make you commit injustices.
So long as the people do not care to exercise their freedom, those who wish to tyrannize will do so; for tyrants are active and ardent, and will devote themselves in the name of any number of gods, religious and otherwise, to put shackles upon sleeping men.
Tyrants have always some slight shade of virtue; they support the laws before destroying them."
      Voltaire
“Abolition of a woman's right to abortion, when and if she wants it, amounts to compulsory maternity: a form of rape by the State.”
      Edward Abbey
"I'll put an end to the idea that a woman's body belongs to her... Nazi ideals demand that the practice of abortion shall be exterminated with a strong hand."
      Adolf Hitler
“How can we talk about the rights of a fertilized egg when we don't care enough to see that every child is born into a stable, safe, and nurturing environment?”
      Rebecca Warner, Moral Infidelity
“Forced motherhood results in bringing miserable children into the world, children whose parents cannot feed them, who become victims of public assistance or "martyr children." It must be pointed out that the same society so determined to defend the rights of the fetus shows no interest in children after they are born; instead of trying to reform this scandalous institution called public assistance, society prosecutes abortionists; those responsible for delivering orphans to torturers are left free; society closes its eyes to the horrible tyranny practiced in "reform schools" or in the private homes of child abusers; and while it refuses to accept that the fetus belongs to the mother carrying it, it nevertheless agrees that the child is his parents' thing.”
Simone de Beauvoir, The Second Sex
“A healthy young man can produce in a week or two enough spermatozoa to double the human population of the Earth. So is masturbation mass murder? How about nocturnal emissions or just plain sex? When the unfertilized egg is expelled each month, has someone died? Should we mourn all those spontaneous miscarriages?”
Carl Sagan, Billions & Billions: Thoughts on Life and Death at the Brink of the Millennium

The infanticide part. It is a story created to enrage people. Let's be honest. We don't need to create false stories. Enough real infanticide happens by angry, impatient parents shaking their young babies to death because they won't stop crying.
I'm sorry that such distorted information about abortion has made its way to you. You must feel that the world is filled with monsters rather than people just trying to make their way as we face difficult challenges.
Just for the sake of clarity, there is not a single reference in the Bible about conception being the moment when human life begins. In fact, the sparse four references to ANY life within a woman's womb becoming imbued with the spirit and becoming human is when God so determines, and none other. This is a godly act. By the power of God. Not a human act. God did not give this ability to humans. And this critical time is subject to changing conditions past, present, and future known only to God. To claim that humans have this power is to try to usurp the power of God. So, I'm always a bit flummoxed when I see people doing just that in claiming all manner of divine abilities that wee humans have decided are theirs, through one religious sect or another, because it was revealed to them in some moment of inspiration or because they are so certain that they, alone, know what God intended.
If we are going to denigrate others with the Bible, the very least is to have read it thoroughly first.
But once human, and grown, we do have the power of healing others through caring for them. My favorite Bible story? Thanks for asking. Sermon on the Mount. Jesus saying "These things I do, you shall do and more!" What were those things? Feeding the hungry. Healing the sick. Clothing the poor. Jesus did not pursue criminals. He pursued no one. He was committed to being available to those who needed him. For Jesus, the true crimes of society and human beings were that such poverty and wealth disparity existed at all. These...and judging others. These crimes led to all the others. Those who cast stones were asked to put the stone aside and examine their own hearts for any sin. How has so called Christianity come so far away from its roots and purpose as to embody stones and torches and angry political mobs?

And yet the Bible says that Adam became a living soul when God *breathed the breath* of life into him. Before that, I guess he wasn't alive, at least according to the Bible. Also, the Hebrew Bible (the Old Testament) gives various abortion methods. Weird. (The New Testament doesn't mention it.) Oh, and let's not forget that God killed *everyone,* including infants and any pregnant women and their fetuses when He was supposed to have flooded the whole planet except for Noah and his family and some animals. I guess murder and infanticide is okay when God does it, right?
BTW, an infant is a tiny child born _alive and breathing._ Thus abortion is _not_ infanticide. And it should certainly be allowed for a woman who is carrying an unviable fetus (meaning it has died), which some of the laws passed by Republicans prevent even when it's necessary for the woman's health and life. This is criminally insane. If you don't like abortions, then don't have one.
Oh, I forgot, you're a man. No one _ever_ passes laws limiting the medical treatments *men* might want to have. What a surprise! What a relief, eh?
