- Hundreds of days from my first solo atheon attempt to this clear. Many points where everyone thought it was impossible. I never cared if it was impossible, not feasible, or not humanly possible.

2 years, impossible strats, a lot of help, and a big glitch to get what is the hardest thing I’ve done in Destiny. Huge thank you to bacon and Mars for the strats they found. Guide will be up later this week.
with the bugged weapons being gone, what will the guide do to cover DPS?

Verity's with fusion nade make this a 2 phase so a osmosis sniper would allow you to get stacks while destroying the Oracle

@serenity8839 I’ve done damage practice in the past solo so I know what it would look like for a 2 phase without the glitched weapons

juggling a relic despawn and shooting 3 oracles for a single phase is just not that hard with a free dmg phase. solo atheon was a challenge before bc u had to do it multiple times on top of hitting a more involved dmg phase@@TheRealHippo-

Honestly I don't think people really care it's with crafting glitch it's entirely the fact that it is now possible to do solo atheon again
When the finisher glitch got patched I lost all hope for a solo atheon... This is amazing! proof of concept complete now for the real thing :)

I actually was deciding between keep going or go to bed. I thought about the number of times people said “you got this” or similar and decided I wasn’t going to sleep until it was done

I am so happy that it’s finally done. I’ve been going for this since the original solo atheon and it is definitely the most time I’ve put into any kind of lowman

Yes, it’s been theoretically possible for a while now. Just hasn’t had anyone do atheon or warlock gate keepeer

@theghostofhelenkeller it was before he got nez and he did it on titan, so titan gk is possible but titan atheon is not. Warlock gk is technically possible and so is warlock atheon

Rng for mars and if you break all the oracles at the same time the order won't matter (only works for atheon) then after you move you have 3-4 seconds before you wipe because nobody is in the main room (so he has to ground skate while taking the relic, debuff mid-air then drop the relic close to portal to not get tp debuff)

That’s one of the few things that I didn’t make on my own. That’s the thing that really made me feel like this solo was feasible and not just a slot machine

How u keep portal open
The clone glitch, if you do a finisher while being teleported it makes a desync clone where you did the finisher, and that clone holds the portal open and lets you not get lost in time. But it despawns after you move

how do you manage to recover the relic by doing the crownskate me it cancels the recovery of the relic ??
You can time it so that it picks up after the floorskate animations and while you are flying by

Imo it’s definitely the most complicated solo other than maybe morgeth. Most solos are just using one or two glitches or doing mechanics really well. Atheon is only glitches basically

do you think the strand titan build with synthos would be able to do enough dps?? thesnazzzyrock used it to solo two phase ir yut
The issue is that strand titan has no way of getting to the portal w the relic fast enough, but I think it could probably 1 phase or an easy 2 phase.

I don’t think anything will work for titan really cause you still need to pickup the relic somehow.

You have to get mars every tp in a 2 or 3 phase, but other than that there is a lot of stuff you can do to mitigate the rng. Technically it’s just a 50/50 per phase of mars or Venus, but that would require perfect setups which are kinda tight

Because you do not know the order of the oracles so you need to break them all at the same time to not die to breaking them out of order

Long story, but basically if you do a finisher while getting teleported you have a clone that spawns on the mars portal, so once you kill the gatekeeper, the portal for mars openes

@kryolater1331 No, they fixed the finisher glitch which made this solo impossible. You can do the damage with non glitched weapons it’s just much more rng.

Uh. It’s hard to explain the whole thing just in a comment. Basically glitch to clone yourself to open portal and not get lost, but once you move the clone goes away, then do oracles with some fancy timings and a clutch melee to cleanse with the relic to see, then do damage (I used the glitched weapon damage here but without glitch it’s possible but a 2 phase)

Damage has never been the issue for this solo. If damage was the issue then I would not have done this. The issue has always been getting to the damage phase. If I were to not use the crafting glitch I’d just have to get an rng check twice instead of once.
@@Helpfullhunter Yeah, but you won't be able to do it consistent. If you were to not be able to 1 phase it, you will end up having to do the oracles again with a chance on you messing up. Unless you are super focus and do the exact same thing you did before without any difference, then you are good. If I didn't understand all your "Thank you" and "It took me forever" or some shit like that, then I'll take back. But it just seems to me like you been trying to solo it, and you never have achieved it until now
if this is your first time looking at solo atheon I can get how you would think this, but after over a year of people strat making and doing attempts seeing this done in any form is pretty great. Hammers was just as broken for damage, so if the solo runs for hammers were valid then this should also be imo
