Congratulations Rachel and everyone for the great performance in performing this difficult song from almost half a century and at the same time so current ... E,L,P Forever ! ! !
Everytime I see Rachel playing my heart fills with joy and i fell very grateful to God for give the chance to enjoy the music and talent of great musicians like everyone in this video.
Rachel, This is again, another amazing tribute to ELP !!! As a fan for ever, I close my eyes, think back to April 1974 and California Jam at Ontario motor speedway the ultimate concert of the 70's. I was privileged to see them 14 times live and cherish every minute I spent at those events.

Rachel... Let me be the first to congratulate you on your magnificent performance here and on all of our projects together! ... I'm very honored to work with you and the others from all over the World... You put the pizazz in any project! Just outstanding.... Hopefully we'll be working together again soon!!!
"Let's live in the present while understanding the message left by Genius Keith and his fellows," I am encouraged. = ) It is reassuring that there are so many people all over the world who resonate with this trilogy, both young and old. I would like to thank Mihály Tunkli, who launched this "International Collaboration", and those who participated in the performance. The presence of Rachel in particular is phenomenal. England, Hungary, Italy, the United States ... These countries were interesting because I thought those represented a meaningful symbol in a sense. )
SO GLAD you finally MADE IT and completed this extraordinary piece of Music by E.L.P., "Karn Evil Suite"! The "3rd Impression", with its somewhat apocalyptic sci-fi technonology nightmarish insights, suggesting a fear of a future where humanity will be erased in front of the more and more sophisticated Machine, has always deeply "impressed" me - and still quite "depresses" me nowadays; I remember listening endlessly to this particular song in 1974, trying to "make out" how three (3!) Musicians were ABLE to play such a complex music LIVE, I have now to thank all of you, Rachel once again made an incredible performance on Hammond Organ and Steve, Alex, Len (splendid vocals!) and Mihaly "Misi" Tunkli, you really were UP TO IT! Thanks Again from a great French fan of Keith, Greg and Carl, you guys made me so happy tonight...!!!
Kudos to everyone involved! It takes a lot of love and dedication to do such a spot-on version of this ELP classic. Thank you all, for the outstanding performances!
Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of the musicians who participated in this project! And to ELP for writing this wonderful piece of music! I just finished listening to these international collaboration versions of the entire Karn Evil 9 suite, and I am blown away by the talent of these musicians. It's hard to imagine a more perfect cover version of this timeless classic.
Wow, it's now September 20, 2022 and I'm still "wowed" by these performances, the water works are flowing once again. I miss this music for so long and now I get to listen again with complete confidence that it's all there, and it is right down to the exploding computer in the end of the 3rd impression . You've won another musician to your side of the fence, thank you so much for all you talented musicians.
Amazing on all impressions. I'm 70 years old and have lived through the prog rock of the 70s. I take my hat off to Rachel and her merry band of troubadours
Chills throughout, then tears at 7:37, then smiles at 8:33... Imagine if it had been Keith's so we could watch the screen dance! Tremendous performance everyone!
Thanks so much everyone! What an amazing cover of ELP's brilliant song. RIP Greg and Keith. I see Carl is going to be touring as the pandemic is matched by vaccines throughout the world. Karn Evil 9 themed real life, indeed. Thanks again. With appreciation from San Francisco, Chris.
so crazy, came back to the karn evil 9 1st impression after not having watched the videos in 2 years, and this gets recommended to me saying it came out 2 hours ago! keep it up guys, sounds great!
I've been waiting for this to come out! Thank you so much! You make it look so easy....I've seen the sheet music, and it looks like something written on PDQ Bach's "inverted" staff!
Time and time again I come back to watch this performance. And every time, I am immersed in the musicality and talent of these musicians. And of course it reminds me of why ELP was at the center of my growing love for music in the 1970's.
Now that would be something. Saw ELP for the Works tour at Madison Square Garden. They had two canons located at each corner of the front stage. Not to mention the orchestra located at the back of the stage. The canons were fired during that song. If only I could go back with the recording technology of today and record that.
There's a lot of melodies in that piece. My favorite version is on the live album "Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends, ladies and gentlemen - ELP"
Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! You're all exceptional musicians. I've been listening to ELP since I was 15 and I'm now 62. Note for note, you nailed it. Rachel-you rock girl! Exploit your gift to its full potential.
Back two years later (popped in my feed) and I figured I'd already been here. Ahh, back to the future. Saw them live in Florida in the 70's. Awesome show! RIP Keith Emerson and Greg Lake. Carry on Carl. Great collaboration all!! PS: With the current onslaught of AI, this is more than prescient!
Congratulations Rachel and everyone for the great performance in performing this difficult song from almost half a century and at the same time so current ...

Nice nod to Palmer's 70s kit, too.

Brilliantly preformed rendition. Keith, Greg and Carl would be proud.

Must be new drummer. I would have remembered him before, working with Rachel. He is spotless.
Nope, he's worked with them on everything with this group. A shame he is leaving. Steve Barber is great.
@@newtoncopernicus7011 Steve has only been with us on the 2nd and 3rd Impressions. On all the other tracks Dave Becher played drums.
