It's not normal behaviour for police to stop and question people aren't suspected of any wrong doing. It's also not normal for police to say something is suspicious when they don't suspect any wrong doing. However, it is normal behaviour for incompetent police who haven't got any social skills.
Rabbits don't need feeding by the students, rabbits eat mainly grass,of which there is plenty here.
This means there are frequently constables hanging around, question time or not, as the aroma of grass is number one at what can we say to unlawfully search this person, car etc.
The rabbits will undoubtedly have a better diet than the students!

Whenever I see the police I move away, and if they are on the same pavement cross over. I will not share the same pavement as criminals. The more talkative the officer the more you have to be aware that they are fishing to get to make you out to have broken the law, so as to arrest you.

What a very sad reflection the two officers are of their profession. A Sergeant should lead by example. So where do we start? An inability to interact personably without using police speak. An arrogant Constable chewing gum, not displaying their shoulder numbers, standing with their hands clasped and twitching nervously citing activity as not normal behaviour (who are they to judge what is normal). Professional police officers have been aware of the presence of Citizen Journalists for quite a number of years and have been encouraged to keep them on side. North Yorkshire Police themselves have had enough interactions with auditors to understand better how to engage positively with them. When will that old cliche ‘Lessons have been learned’ actually be a fact.

However, if the suspect you are or may commit an offence and follow you then potentially they MUST seek advice for what is a Directed Surveillance Authority (DSA) verbally from an officer of at LEAST the rank of inspector who MUST as soon as possible put that verbal authority in writing to a SUPERINTENDENT for final authorisation or cancellation 💥💥💥💥
