9:20 you don't have to deselect the reference axis! After a second lick upon the selection, the Sketch Group would have appeared! NX just has not recognized the cursor upon the geometry!
A few renewals and over 1000 adjustments have been made. The Siemens nx documentation is a good source to find out. But also the usage of the discovery tab in your nx installation can be used to get an overview. We have produced the NX m cad video training already. It's over 60 minutes of video material, regarding the most important renewals.

The good old offset function is still available, but you have to enable the "relation toggle" in the settings tab within the offset dialog!
how to ON and enable old legacy sketch environment like nx12 nx10... because new sketch environment sucks
It is explained in every good training, how to turn it on/ off. My recommendation: visit a proper training and leave it on. Regards
