Perfect Explanation! This reminds me of a book I read about Panic Disorder/Panic Attack. The author says that in order to heal , you gotta dive into it(the disease) first...and let it happen.
Unfortunately, most people run from it when it is happening and end up taking medicine which only works as a palliative... i.e the problem remains there... sometimes it gets even worse.

That’s why I am so careful with what I tell my child cuz I know I’ll be shaping her future limiting beliefs and subconscious thoughts so I try to incentivise her and let her know magic exists she can literally have anything she desires etc

Hi David! Love your explanation and I’m going through the book now. I’ve read the section on the mechanism at least 50 times.
The one thing I’m not understanding, is I’m having trouble feeling the feeling without words (the story behind it) EXCEPT for the sensations in my body when something like fear or grief comes up.
For example, if sadness over something arises over xyz, when I think about that, I get vibrating in my chest. Is the vibrating what I’m supposed to feel? Because I can’t figure out how to feel grief unless I play the scenario over (which I know I’m not supposed to do.) thanks!
Thank you! it really doesn’t matter what sensation you feel. Try not to put a label on it. Just allow yourself to feel the sensations running through your body, and try to place as much attention on the sensations as possible. You shouldn’t give your thoughts any attention at all. Once the emotion has ran it’s course, you should feel a the feeling of relief and the thought will no longer affect you emotionally.
@@justinharder5397 thank you that is helpful. I saw the sensations as separate from “feelings”. But I can definitely focus on the sensations without words. I practiced last night and it worked.

But tell me more about your experiences and benefits. I am doing it for months but the emotions are still coming.
What do you mean by dive into it? Not understanding this. Trying to let go seems to be an act itself which creates an expectation of relief as a thought. How do you just let go? Bc meditation and such techniques only seem to create tension tinnitus and body tremors.
How long did it take you to master the technique
I don't get the part about 'identify the emotion in the body' for me I just get a feeling in my heart (like u get with adrenaline) and this happens for every emotion. What am I doing wrong?
You're not doing anything wrong, everyone experiences emotions differently. In fact, it's very normal to feel what you're feeling. Especially when you're under stress or feeling anxious. Simply allow that feeling to be there, be present with it, and then shift your thinking to something you do prefer to move into a better feeling state. I'll be making more videos on this topic soon!
