Cartpointe supports high risk business?? Can they provide virtual terminal to charge the card ,if customer provides payment details over the phone like authorize.net and payzeey

can I add PayPal to my CardPointe website page
No there's not an option for that.
You would need to use a separate software to add both credit cards from Cardpointe as well as PayPal.
