Az Automobil és Tuning Show 2018-ban örvendeztette meg először a terepautózás szerelmeseit is. A rendezvény tematikájába azóta állandó programként Off-Road Show fő koncepciója a magyarok által átalakított és épített terepjáró autók széleskörű kiállítása, illetve épített pályán történő bemutatása.
