That round 17, where the 0.04s detonation loss by DRX, it will haunt them. They lost to Zeta and the Masters altogether and the reason just might have been that one round.
they mentioned it was mentally damaging
Marved and victor hard carried split ngl, yay was fragging no doubt but the value kills and hold that marved got was impeccable, and victor is imo the best neon as he is using neon to its full space making potential, the space he made on a shitty defender sided map split on attack was unreal, people don't really observe as he entries, makes space and gets traded (even tho he had 6 first bloods) , it doesn't show up on leaderboard what value he brings w entering and making space and you cannot make clutches/hero kills, but without victor's neon I don't think optic could even get 1 round on attack. People doubted his neon at the start of NA challengers. But he believed his and neon's potential to be a better entry than Jett/raze on maps like frac/heaven/split where most of teams run double initiator and raze and make chamber their hero player with operator. Victor was nasty man, deserves MVP for what he did on split, he actually set up yay/crashies to frag out by making a shitt tonn of space, super underrated, he needs more recognition
Of course he is the best neon no other team runs it
@@ziamkhan191 plenty teams ran it in Challengers qualifiers like akrew, even liquid tried to run it and there were like many APAC challenger matches w neon. But victor's neon performs better than top team's raze in terms of making space and fragging out which I don't think any top team's fragger/entry can even come close to doing
and thats what Optic needs to keep bringing. None of their members have been fragging in so long and thats such a shame cause of how good they are. This is good though i like that optic is finally playing to their potential
d3ffo
idk how hes underrated cause literally everyone talks about how hes the life of the team but yea amazing neon by him
Absolutly amazing match, and really good analysis.
After Fnatic vs M3C, we can Say this was also One of games of year..... And most common thing in both games was Map #SPLIT#..... So
What dou you think, makes this map such great which offers lot of comps...and SO MUCH ENTERTAINING FIGHTS?????????
very very good but just cant beat fnc vs m3c
Great analysis these vids are very interesting and informative. I hope you cover the Zeta Vs DRX game, especially Icebox. Zeta looked great on defense
Coming from DRX vs Optic in VCT 2022. Yup, these two still play a hell of a series
these videos are actually incredible
looking forward to g2 vs prx analysis. would be cool to see a comparison on why yoru worked against g2 but not drx.
I was about to comment something similar but never mind.
I think yoru is actually worked on DRX but the problem are their aim ( maybe caused by they getting nervous on first match + stax clutch at round 4/5 ) so, i think if jingg and forsaken do the same as he do against G2 today, the story is different
rb didnt show up yesterday , if this happens to be the tournament finals match up then things will again be so so interesting especially if all players play decently well
agreed. I think ppl overlook it because they arent used to DRXs style and they havent been watching them through quals. This was quite a poor match for DRXs standard. OFC still an amazing match but definitely not them at their best
@@343JustMe Poor match for optics standard too. stop fucking making excuses, just admit DRX is overrated and "NA is supreme.
DRX is out
@@incephony3542 no actually this has to be by far the best game optic has played in ages, idk what youre on. Against every other team the whole optic roster isnt doing anything except yay and they still win. This was finally the whole team actually playing well like a team of their caliber should be playing.
Everyone saying yay was playing bad this series is actually braindead and needs to go back to the womb so they can relearn how to use their eyes
@@zackdave2050 ;-;
my heart fucking stopped on each round of that overtime
the mid round calls were INSANE from optic. zest was mvp for sure, but its still a team game.
grand final quality no cap
i'm rooting for optic but i think the whole series was very close and should've been drx's game. the only problem they had was they overthought most of their moves that actually caused them to lose lots of gun battles considering they have a beast aim. but GG, i'm glad optic won the game.
It was really good match man
Great video as always
Okay I feel like drx lineup needed a cypher or chamber in their lineup cuz they were just getting flanked a little bit too much
14:45 dont mind me, just saving that sova dart lineup
good contender but fnc vs m3c has to be it, it already is best match in the history of val
True
FNS is so underrated, i've been saying for a while the exact same thing you said in this video.
He might not always frag out but without him? Optic would be screwed.
The amount of kills he gets doesn't really matter as he is the kind of player who can win you a round with just one important kill and some good util to help his teammates. Amazing player with incredible gamesense.
Agreed. And even this tournament he didn’t have a lot of the usual burger moments he’s known for, he actually had a pretty great performance as an individual
Just an advise
your analysis is great but I think you should work on your video quality
even on 1080p it is not very clear.
There’s literally nothing I can do as the twitch and RUclips videos I commentate over are also max 1080p and so if their quality isn’t always great then mine can’t be any better
every video your setup gets better
As an Immortal 3 Player i always stick defuse or go at least for the half. Never fake Tap. My Win percentage is because of this + 30 %.
We like the uploads keep it up
Keep it up
If optic hadnt given up the amount of Thify's they did, icebox and split wouldnt have been nearly as close as they were. If you factor out the eco rounds, optic could have won split like 13-9. Still a great series by both sides, but if Optic cleans up their anti-eco strats they could potentially win the whole thing.
if rb plays to his usual standard drx would have destroyed optic
@@lordsothful could say the same for yay. Any team that totally relies on one person playing well doesn't deserve a win imo.
@@RCmetal11 ye, yay was basically rendered useless on the defense half of icebox.
@@archangeltactics3802 fr he was playing retake/save simulator for most of the defense side
@@lordsothful That's such a a stupid take. If you crumble under pressure then you are not good simply put. Composure is just as important as aim and DRX lacked composure. Stop making excuses. What excuses are you going to make for why they lost to Zeta?
if you find hard making vid only for one map make it in 2 parts
I think it was an extremely exciting match to watch but i feel like as a contender against FNC vs M3C I feel like this one isnt as tactically sound, not just from optic but from DRX as well.
Yeah i watched that game and was a banger too. Fnatic's fracture was looking damn good
This was definitely a game, and it was so.
I feel like drx couldve won if rb's jett play was a littlemore aggressive
He was way too passive
Buzz needs to come back in Jett he is just 🔥🔥 on Jet
Man just looking at this game and realising valorant hasn't gotten much higher level in terms of set plays and level of play over the past 2 years just makes me sad
is it possible for you to cover all 3 maps?
Too many videos
I think Fnatic vs M3C on split might be better. That game was just crazy to watch. I don't really watch the EMEA games but I was on the edge of my seat watching them constantly go from ot to ot
0.04...
They don't even have a duelist
very insighful video👍
too bad drx fell off during the zeta match, i know they can actually do better, and i truly want to watch them more.
Wow so many teams looking really good right now
14:38 too ez
And we thought optic was going out round 1 😭
A lot of people had optic winning idk who “we” is
@@austinvaughn8249 me and "thinking mans valorant" watch his prediction video 🧠🤯
No FNS, no Champions
they needa drop rb and get bazzi
for me
FNATIC v M3C > DRX v OPTIC
Tall itl
I was really surprised by Optic pulling through. Victor and Marved played their roles spectacularly, Yay never plays poorly, and crashies is consistent as usual. FNS is a great IGL, but is it just me, or does the man need to polish his mechanical skills? I don't think I've ever seen him win a 1v1 before
When you’re an igl you don’t have as much time to work on mechanics, and you’re also constantly distracted in game thinking about what call to make etc etc
@@ameyaathawale5521 I'm aware of the reasons why IGLs tend to perform less well in frags, but I still think it's a kink he needs to work on
im pretty sure Zest is drx's IGl yet he performs amazingly and did so yesterday as well. nukkye is igl for g2 and regularly top frags (although sometimes he plays jett or raze), jampii on tl etc
but then you also have boaster who people like to call the best igl in valorant yet its rare to see him get double digit kills and he didnt even hit 20 on split vs m3c, which ended up 23-21. very interesting stuff to think about
@@raspberry_picker395 The way I think about it is, if you removed FNS from the team, would they still be as good? I think they would be much worse off without him or with a replacement.
Yay is just c9 tenz but on chamber
