Nice home, beautiful view! But I would not buy in that area, sorry! I am enjoying my Lake Michigan view for a fraction of the cost, and no landslides. But it IS a gorgeous home location!!
I like your videos but it can't be easy to sell these days with all the uncertainty of land movement, possibility of utility shutoff, insurance concerns etc.
Thanks, the land movement is in a specific area, insurance can be tough near the open land, and many residents have had gas and electricity shut off already - about 400 homes in total. Your right!!
