Whether the person raising you is old or young, father or grandfather, doesn't matter. What matters is the love between the two of you and that you are loved. Usually bullies are jealous because they don't find this love at home. But it is not your job to fix the lives of bullies. Steer clear of them, even in adulthood. It can be a family disease, similar to alcoholism. Surprised the schools don't send the bullies and their families to therapy. Love comes at all ages and whether someone is older, younger, burned and scarred from an accident or fire, love is love and you welcome it.

My father was 53 when I was born. I know all too well of some rude remarks kids make and people thinking he was my grandfather. My father died when I was 13. But I wouldn't change who or how old my father was.

My husband was in his middle forties and I was thirty-nine when our son was born, not planned that way as we married late in life, he, was called grandad a few times but you just have to ignore people's rudeness when they know you are in fact the father. It isn't anyone's business at what age you are, if you love the child you have brought into the world that is what people should take note of.

Catherinre Zeta has always been my favorite actress, CV and the most beautiful woman, in my opinion. I loved her from Zorro, on... I'm so happy to see that she is as good a person, Mom and wife, as she is an actress! Just perfect💜. Her daughter is every bit as beautiful, sweet and thoughtful, as her Mom. I think Carys will be just fine, as she goes forward in life, because of who she is, and who she is is in no small part, thanx to the wonderful parents, (and brother, I'm sure) and how they've brought her up.

My sister was for decades a flight attendant for Private planes. In 30 years in that job, the only person that she truly could not stand , was Zeta Jones. She treated staff like crap. An absolute bitch! No one wanted to fly with her. Mike Douglas used to regularly apologize for her nasty behavior.

Having a parent that is older isn't an excuse to bully a child. Ugh. I am the daughter of an older mom, and was a younger and an older parent of three children. When other children made sarcastic comment to my younger daughter, she just said I guess you will never grow up. I know who my mom and I are. Thankfully I don't care what you say about it. Move on. There are a lot of more important things in life than this. She was 8 when she said this to the bullies in her class. That took care of things. She was never bothered again. Ten years later, she is fearless and adores her 93 year old grandmother who is still going strong.
