    Leo, your advice on the importance of a buyer profile and target statement is on point. Can you share a real-life example where a buyer's well-prepared profile and target statement made a big difference in their business acquisition journey?

      As a business broker, I only accept buyers for my listings who present fully completed and signed buyer profiles and NDAs as per our guidelines. Nobody gets to see CIMs or CBRs without them. So in that regard, 100% of the buyers.
