Brilliant! Thank you! Praise Yah HalleluYAH!
These classroom videos are so helpful in conjunction with your typical videos. But the biggest question that I have is.…
Where can I get one of those “Aleph with Beth” shirts?!?!?
I was just about to ask the same thing. The T shirts. 😂
My guess will be that they will first need to teach us about merchants, markets, merchandise, buying and selling before they tell us where we can get their merchandise 😅
Idem!!
Lindas as camisetas😊
@@tymmiara5967the verb sell appears less than 100 time, while merchandise is a hapax legomemon...
They're מָכַר and סְחֹרָה respectively...

Grst lesson as alwsys and a fine binch of students. Are the MKs in Mexico?
I know it may be nitpicky, but נר is a candle, while a lamp is מנורה... eg, Elisha got in his room מִטָּה וְשֻׁלְחָן וְכִסֵּא וּמְנוֹרָה...
Lamps used to be simple devices using candles or oil. So I guess נר can refer to just the candle or to a simple/traditional lamp? And by extension to the light[s] (as in arabic "noor")?
@@Tsukonin Yes, a simple oil lamp. But definitely not an electric light (or lanterns, which go by a post-biblical word)...
Arabic "nur" is related, but in Hebrew it's an Aramaic loanword that means "fire", beware of false friends... Like "la7m" which is Arabic for meat, but Hebrew for bread...
In Biblical Hebrew ner means a 'lamp', menorah is lampstand. I don't think the Hebrews had candles.
@@briankelly5828 She did point to a *modern electric* lamp. I don't think in bible times they had electric lights, amirite??
Also, they did have candles in bible times, the word "candle" comes from Latin...

Hebrew is some word like Arabic but I don't understand because I feel very difficult.
If קִיר (kir) is the wall, then what did the Shunamite build for Elisha? (2 Kings 4:10)
