Home Alone is a reality show that portrays everyday lives of your favorite celebrities in the most intimate setting. From time to time, the stars of Home Alone have special gatherings as members of “Rainbow Club”, where each member is a friendly neighbor to one another as a fellow single dweller of the house. With Jun Hyun Moo, Park Na Rae, Han Hye Jin, and Lee Si Eon as the hosts, they observe the lives of celebrities with various occupations, including actors and actresses, top models, athletes, comedians, and so on. I wish Junho can stop being so hard on himself. He's at the age where he should be happy and eat to his heart's content. It's sad seeing him restrict himself like that. He has worked so hard all this years. It's time he get to enjoy life.

I agree but ya never know. Some people just sort of into fitness and diet and stuff. It seems like Junho enjoy pushing himself. It's probably tough but he also push it more than he needs to bc of the challenge of hitting fitness goald. I know some of my friend get into fitness and intense diet plan bc they just get addicted to the challenge and the feeling. From his reaction to food and other people's workout habit it looks like he genuinely into the fitness life. It's a little weird but that's how it is for my friends. It's like a lifestyle for them.
He style same like me...it not like we ar suffering..yeah eating healthy meals..is quite boring..but i can reduce my whole stress level..about my health condition and my body..i fell like im geeting a reward everyday...if i keep eating unhealthy food..i will feel more stress after that

As someone who studied nutrition you need sodium in your diet. It’s required. Here is an excerpt from Harvard : The human body can't live without some sodium. It's needed to transmit nerve impulses, contract and relax muscle fibers (including those in the heart and blood vessels), and maintain a proper fluid balance.
@Dark Night Relaxation restricted salt is ok. Its bad only if u didn't take salt at all. The healthy way is to take everything in mods.
He is actually taking his sodium from all the side dishes like pickled parrila, kimchi etc. So not really depriving his body with needed salt. Just limiting his intake

Korean diets just seem so extreme. You don't have to starve or eat unflavored food just to diet, there are plenty of healthier ways to do it plus regular exercise should be enough. A simple consultation with a dietitian/physical trainer would have done the trick.
They do it for the extreme factor. It works faster, they have a week vacation tops and that week they eat a lot of sugar and sodium and suffer swelling etc. The cuisine on its own its already heavy on salt. Most of them, when no longer rookies do consult nutritionist for follow ups, but its mostly blood type related diets like dont eat this and that, vs balanced diets and 3 at 3 hours eating etc.
I'm sure the celebs follow special diet consulted by their own PT and nutritionist to got the best healthy and balance diet
@thegurl8788 I was talking about his diet during his 2pm days were all he ate were boiled cabbages, 2 chicken breast and 2 sweet potatoes (all unseasoned) in an entire day. I'm surprised he even managed to have energy to even perform properly on such a diet.
Obviously, he's eating a lot better now but his previous diet is very common to a lot of other k-idol diets which are very extreme so that's what I was trying to point out in my comment above.
