He can't had intense leg day because busy schedule, sore leg can delay his schedule and he need to memorize 2pm dance choreography (honestly 2pm really like to add jumping to their dance)
I really start exercising after watching this, 2pm is like a motivation for me, i'll watch taec's study time later so i can finish my homwork🥰

Idk why but a lot of Korean variety shows use Body shaming and judging other people as a joke 🌚 but in my culture that is just rude ( I’m not trying to hate I guess it’s related to there culture)
Actually jang woo make a challenge to lose weight in this show so they kind of teasing him since he’s not yet started and keep give an excuse.
He is not a very innocent man, he was in a big scandal a few years ago because he got involved with a minor, the girl said she was completely drunk when she had "sex" with him (which is rape since she says she was almost unconscious). The scandal allegedly ended because his lawyers (Jang Woo lawyers) said she was lying and just wanted to get attention and money, typical accusations towards victims of abuse that raise their voices

As much as i love Junho, i HATE the kind of guys who are looking and complementing them selves after a work out. It becomes a habit that i do not like at all. Thank god he is not my boyfriend!😅
Why do some guys don't work out their legs??? So many guys work out their chest, arms and back then have chicken legs. Idgi.
I think they rotate, like each day they focus on one part of the body. Or they should. I agree some guys do end up looking very...top-heavy
@@annabellej9429 at my gym, I mostly see guys work their upper body. But there are quite a few that also squat and deadlift. I just don't get the minority ones where they don't do any leg workouts. My friend's bf never does leg workout and I was shocked. I get that females do it more often bc we want the bootie. Honestly, leg/bootie workouts are so fun.
@@winniechen4311 I agree. I have one friend who spent months just working out his upper body. The way it made his walk into more of a waddle became an inside joke for quite a while. Honestly I don't understand myself. I don't go to the gym but I do home workouts and I generally try to do full-body exercises or a balance of upper and lower body.

Leg day is the worst/hardest exercise. Sometime, you can't even walk properly for few days after the workout.
