Let me tell you something! One of the reasons that Tab and Chance are so very good at this is because they give their guests room to talk and share their stories without talking over them and at the same time asking very insightful and probing questions and making connections to their own lives. Masters at it! I can imagine this is challenging when the guest(s) are people they know well.
