Great service and instructions. The part went together just as shown and it solved the problem. What I'm impressed with is the number of parts in stock and the instructions for just about everything. I'm telling everyone about your web sight. Thanks again

LF after a well pump replacement. I removed the hose to clean the screens but there were no screens. Is the inlet valve itself clogged. Whirlpool Cabrio came with house.
Only difference is I think mine has the what they call thermal wire that plugs in the bottom of the valve does that matter will it still operate without the thermal wires at bottom
I came home from work and walked into the laundry room and noticed my front loader washer was half full with water leaking out the front. It has not done it again since then, could it be the inlet valve leaking? Also would it leak if i left the front door shut while Im at work? I dont want to find my house flooded when i get home from work.
Great video! I have a Kenmore HE3 washer and I honestly didn't have the money to replace the part so I took it out and cleaned the screens. I put it back in exactly the same. but now it isn't washing right. its not using the fabric softener and I swear it isn't really using the detergent right. I open the door and water pours out the side of door from where dispenser is! HELP!!!!!!

Thanks for the video! I seen when u disconnected the wire/connector one was marked yellow, would that be a guide to show where to connect? I had recieved a incorrect inlet valve when replacing mine and forgot which is correct , dont want to connect the wires to the wrong connection. One of mine has a yellow mark so would that be the right wire for the yellow connector?
We received the LF code. We replaced both Inlet Valves just to make sure. I replaced the valves just as indicated. Before it didn't matter which cycle, Warm, Cold, Delicate, Rinse/Drain, they all received the LF. Now it's only the Warm, Cold, etc. Rinse/Drain works fine. The other cycles work until it's time to rinse, than we get the LF.
HELP!! I just replaced my water inlet valve on my Maytag washing machine. Now my water comes out slower than before and it drips into the drum when not in use. What do I do??? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I have this exact same inlet valve on a 4 year old Duet. We finally figured out today that it's not always switching from hot to cold, Running a cycle on "Normal" but changing the water to cold resulted in a very hot wash today, it was only when she washed on delicate that it was cold. We realized that a while ago (months possibly) she accidentally shrunk a delicate dress and it was likely because it was hot not cold. Sine it appears to be two valves and not a diverter, and it's not stuck on, could this be a computer problem and not an inlet valve problem? Appreciate a response.
+Todd Svec The hoses might be hooked up to the back of the machine incorrectly. For the sake if energy efficiency the washer should be using way more cold water then hot.

Oftentimes, it's a matter of cleaning the inlet valve screens.
my front loader makes a buzzing/grinding sound in the area of the inlet valve.
I just need the hose....where do i get the gose at??
You can get the hose for your washer by entering in your model number at RepairClinic.com.

Seems as though our setups are similar thx!

+ScreenPrintR LF stands for long fill. We would suspect the problem is with the control board if the valve has been replaced.
My front end loader will no longer wash in cold water any longer ( only hot) will this repair fix that issue?
Does your washer have separate cold and hot inlet valves?
how do I access the water valves on a maytag stackable washer
What is the model number of the washer?
HELP!! I just replaced my water inlet valve on my Maytag washing machine. Now my water comes out slower than before and it drips into the drum when not in use. What do I do??? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
+Shana Watson Low water pressure to the appliance could also cause this problems.
Would this be the reason my washer is giving me a F20 error, its a whirlpool duet
