  • Full property tour of my off-grid homestead, formerly abandoned land/property. Hiking the entire property in winter: food plots, ponds, waterfalls, creeks, ravines, forests, log-cabin, and much more. Lots of area to build a full working homestead in the future for off-grid living.

What a great property! So much potential. With all the waterfalls you should consider a small hydro system. I look forward to your awesome videos.

Hello, I just recently found your site, love it ! I can imagine being a young boy exploring those beautiful woods & creeks, o what fun that would be ! I was wondering have you thought about putting camera traps out to see all the animals you have roaming your property, the footage would make excellant video for your subscribers. Beautiful, beautiful property. What state is this in, kinda reminds me of Ohio or Michigan ? Best of luck to your channel, I'll look forward to more of your videos, thank you.

Thank you so much. I agree, one of my favorite things to do is to just head out and explore the woods and ravines. I find something new every time. Yes, I've had cams put before. Need to put them up again. Heres a video a while back on some cam footage: ruclips.net/video/X_HQM_3Zezs/видео.html . Lots of deer, turkeys, racoons, fox, possum, owls, and coyotes. Even have a fisher cat and occasional muskrat. Still have not seen any bear. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for the comment and for watching. I purposely am vague on location as I've had folks try to find my property, but I'm in the great lakes region.

You have done a lot of work since you bought it. How often do you get there? Did you do all the work? Get video. Thanks for sharing

Thank you. I get back about 2-3x per month. I've done all the work except the cabin shell. That was done by a local Amish craftsman. I finished the interior off from there. Hoping to tackle a few small projects this summer including a loafing shed!

What state are you in? Down here in Fl. That tree with deep bark lines looks like a white oak that are in florida. A lot of water sources, beautiful property, must have been a heavy price per acre.

Thank you. I'm near the Canadian border. It night be a white oak. I'll have to look at the foliage in the summer.
