This unit was recently sold, and the reason why we don’t show the outside of the building is if we don’t have an exclusive listing which is not common here people just try to go direct to the owner and they do that when they see what building it is so we put a lot of work in and they just go around the broker of the company working to sell the unit. There is no true MLS here. If indeed we do have an exclusive listing, we have no problem showing the building and everything around it.
@@jayajaya788 This area is like the Beverly Hills of Medellin. It’s all relative I’m from Vancouver and for this price you could get a high end car but not even a one bedroom apartment. The prices are going up in Medellin for a reason. It’s kind of like comparing Huntsville, Alabama to Manhattan.
