Excellent assists video! Action guy is my current project ..can't wait to max him 5 star and get him assisting main damage dealers like Fadon and VVega for boss fights!
Also Elena 😮 If you don't have Fashion Sakura, use Elena on your backline unit with Juri eye. I stopped using Abel as my assist for squishy units. I either use Fashion Sakura or Elena. I make that backline unit run Juri eye. That backline unit runs super and an additional combo. I expect them to die, but I expect them to setup my main guys to win. I see most ppl trying to use that backline unit to win with big damage, but I've realized a tank and a Bison becomes OP late game taking out entire teams. I'm usually underpowered. I definitely play this game differently than other ppl 😅
Elena is interesting. You aren't the first one to say that we should have ranked her higher, but I (Falcon) stand by her placement, at least for now. On paper, her assist sounds decent, but in testing, she's always felt underwhelming, at least to me. I'll try your suggestions, though. Maybe my opinion will change. Thanks for the comment!
@@grindforcegaming She's dependant on your character having healing rate and using 2x combos. If your character doesn't need a Super + Combo string she's not what you want as an assist. She turbo charges Suit Abel and he's by far one of the best tanks currently. What I come across a lot, are people trying desperately to do as much damage as possible. Imo that's not the way. It's one way but I've beaten numerous teams like V. Vega fully maxed white 5 star doing +500m damage and I win maybe doing 150m damage but I've defended 100m damage, 250m damage etc. She helps keep my combos going b/c 9 times out of 10 she won't get interrupted by B. Zangief, making him obsolete if she's in your backline.
W Juri is perfect as an assist on any PvP team that only has 1 infernal unit, as you'll get the special speed boost from 2 infernal units. She does a great job of adding survivability to any unit you need to keep alive!
Makota wow, so low. Putting her on OG Zangief gives your whole team more defense. I think it's +500 defense +30% with stacks. Makoto is one of the best assist. Why? Put her on OG Zangief and run OG M. Bison. You can run just the two of them 😅 Zangief super bnb. Unless you're fighting V. Vega, R. Honda, Evil Ryu, you're likely going to win. The same for E. Honda and O. Bison. You can run just those two with Makoto as E. Honda assist. O. Bison super + E. Honda C1 bnb. She's the perfect tank assist. What usually happens is I'll run low level units with them just to get them going.
Thanks for the feedback! I agree, we missed that one. Makoto is a pretty legit assist. As a unit who's otherwise never used, i think that we simply overlooked her details. @@grindforcegaming If you look at how ppl are playing she's key to OG Zangief stopping double Bison and E. Ryu. Zangief also needs someone like E. Honda to block V. Vega. One of my strongest teams includes, E. Honda, S. Dan, O. Bison with OG Zangief in tag using his C2 in conjunction with O. Bison C3 to kill one or both Bison. S. Dan takes out the opposing Tag position, usually a support. Once Dan dies, you have another 2x tank setup for O. Bison. You get all that resist plus if the Makoto assist procs, you get a def buff on tanks which is major b/c they scale hard especially if you give E. Honda Gouken assist, he becomes super hard to kill.

I was very lucky with Vergil around 4 per 100 draws. I put him on V Vega, amazing duo. Who would you put W Juri on, maybe Viper in PVP team, i have?
