I know i’m late to this video, but my mom has breast cancer for the second time, and she has her first radiation today. I’m so happy that you posted this video because radiation seems very scary to me. This helped me realize that my mom will be ok! Thanks for posting!!💞💞
You are very welcome! I'm glad it helped. Yes the thought of radiation seems scary but it was not bad at all. Very easy compared to chemo or surgery. After a few weeks her skin may start to darken/burn/peel but it doesn't hurt at all. Just looks dark. I rubbed Cetaphil on the area every day to keep it moisturized.
It's always good to see your smile you look beautiful and your hair is coming back. I must say I'm nevus about radiation treatments myself so I will be keeping up with you. I have 9 more chemo treatments and 30 radiation treatment.
I’ve been following your post and you have inspired me. God restores! Prayers to you my Greek Sister!! I’m also going thru radiation so your Vlogs have been a blessing!!
Hello beautiful your smile is a light to strength...question when you first get a radiation shot for breast cancer do you go everyday or do dey do one and give you another appointment if you in stage 1
7 years later and your videos are still inspirational

Hi beautiful 👋 Did you have any long term side effects such as lung or heart problems years after getting your radiation treatments?
Hi love. No I did not.
@@maplejubilee Thanks for responding continued prayers of good health for both of us🙏
Hello I just found out I have breast cancer. I have to do radiation but not chemo. What is the side effect for radiation? Did u lose your hair?
What did you use to elevate severe throat pain due to radiation?
Hello, I actually didnt have any throat pain.

Hello! Its typically everyday for several weeks.
How was radiation compared to chemo?
A whole lot easier.
What type of radiation are you doing? I have a week to decide on an RO.
I am doing the basic laser one (not sure of the medical terminology) for 6 weeks.
