@@SharinaTallada a hoya from Amanda... Planterina! She had a sale 15% off the last couple days of January so the Hoya was supposed to be $25 with free shipping but it was another $3.75 off. It is a Publicala if I remember correctly. Then if you order for plants from Gabriella Nursery you get 10% off so I bought four plants. The Silvery Ann scindaptus pictus ... a moon light philodendron... an Oblica calatheas... a Hoya Australis which is supposed to get white flowers and is a species not a hybrid. So a Gabriel has I saved around $5 so then my shipping meant I only paid around $10 that's $2.50 a plant so buying for really helped! The Moonlight philodendron was only $8 I think it's on sale. They have a bunch of plants on sale. I believe some smaller various snake plants are on sale as are some of the philodendrons and dieffenbachia... I have some unboxing videos on it but my camera on my phone really messed up so I haven't posted them yet it just quit filming it was overheating so maybe today I'll get them posted I don't know how to edit on my phone the videos or connect to videos so they're probably not going to be good quality but I just like to show how they were packed. And I didn't spend a zillion minutes well I opened up the box and unwrapped each one individually I pause my camera so trying to make them so they aren't boring thanks for asking you're such a sweetheart I really enjoy your videos and once again while 10,000 I don't think you've been doing this very long have you like around a year. I am a retired teacher and you remind me of some of the students I had that were always so pleasant to be around in my classroom even if they were a little mischievous... I remember having a class of 5th graders that never would be quiet they constantly were chatting. On days that it drove me crazy I will go down to check my mailbox in the teachers room and put the bosses person in the room and charge to write down the names of anybody that talked or got out of their seat. No one was allowed to sharpen pencils or do anything until I come back to the room. Of course I got a cup of coffee too. It was before the days of computers and emails so our principal always told us to check our mail boxes a couple times a day. I would then go the outside way along the windows of my classroom just to make sure everyone was behaving. The punishment if your name was down you couldn't have recess she had to stand against the wall and watch everyone else have fun. I rarely had any names written down... I never punish kids for not getting their homework done of course I never signed any homework! If they didn't get their assignments done during the day that was their homework but every once in awhile if they were consistently without completed assignments I took recess away from them. Or once a month we would walk to a local fast to a local fast food place it was called Rax we would use our lunch and recess time and a little bit of classroom time to go there for lunch. Because of course it takes a while to wait on 30 5th grade students. I always had my students let the regular customers get in front of them because we weren't on a schedule I didn't want to hold up the line. The kids loved going there for lunch once a month so they would get their assignments completed so they could go otherwise they have to stay another 5th grade teachers classroom while we went. A principal stopped in for lunch one day after meeting at the board of education and was amazed that my students were so well behaved. I told her they know they won't be able to come again if they misbehave. I hope you don't mind me telling you a little story every once in awhile but I can just imagine having you in my classroom whether it was my second grade third grade fourth grade 5th grade 6th grade 7th grade 8th grade classroom I know you were a sweetheart for any teacher to have because I'm sure you brought many a smile to their face!

No one: Sharina: I don't know why people want to see house plant tours. There are so many. I don't want you to see the cords. I know I need to repot this. 🤣🤣🤣 Beautiful collection! People want to see YOUR plants. I remember when you and your roomie mounted the staghorn and showed us your living room. It looks great. It is nice to see what you added. Is the monstera table Lucas made still around? It is cool that you get to add more sansevieria to your collection. I love the Sansevieria Moonshine, Sanseviera Bantel Sensation and Sansevieria Sayuri.
HAHAHAHAHAH PAULA!!! Making me laugh out loud and almost spill my coffee in my car this morning LOL!!!!! YES YOU ARE RIGHT!! PLANT TOURS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!!!! and yes! He made the table!!!!!!!! Like my three huge monsteras by 2 huge philodendrons but I know we're not Jungle Boogie but I don't know what they are but they're big and my huge Rojo Congo and my two huge alocasias... I love a tour! Even if I see a lot of them, there's always a little plant I've never even heard of before. And it's nice to see what living with a lot of plants looks like, esp for those of us who don't have a lot of plants yet!
Don't talk about houseplant tours like that, there's never enough houseplant tours, we never get tired of them! We've NEEDED this houseplant tour from you! Give me LIFE girl! lol
Omg! The small anthurium ace of spades yay!! It reminded me of when we first met!! I’m so glad to see it’s lookin good and healthy!! ❤️❤️ thanks for this plant house tour!!
Hi Sharina, Thank you for all the fun and informative videos! Your plants are all so healthy and thriving! I know some of that is because SOCAL is so sunny most of the year, but you obviously have mastered plant care. I would LOVE if you would do a plant care video...water, light, humidity, soil, and especially, fertilizing. Thank You!
SAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dang girl, okurr if only we can all just do houseplant tours in real life all day everyday!!! GOALS! LOL! thank you so much always
Hi Sharina !! Saw you in a video by Jolene. I love your plant channel. Also, I think I'm "LOVE" with Jolene. She is sooo cute .... You are too - very pretty.
You have very lovely plants. Glad to see them. How do you take care of them? They all are very clean and neat. I love your arrangement, the way you hang and place them. Your plants are very unique and special
We want your house plant tour my Plomie. I clicked on here so fast. Your personality always brings us back. So jealous of all your cool Philos and I won't mention the C word....lol😉❤
Jodi Jools Hi Jodi!! ALL THE TIME!!! It’s like, why can’t we ever be satisfied! Lol even with this video I had to rearrange some things, I kept rearranging and thought, “ok I would never get a video done if I keep doing this haha!” I wish I actually took more pics of how my plant arrangement were to see how I’ve done it all this time right? Hehe
We are always our own worst critic. Your place looks great. Plants definitely make the home cozy. Thanks for always being genuine and relatable. Many blessings to you my plomie.😄 💚
You got a beautiful collection. And well organized. Sometimes I still struggle with that. The grow frame definitely inspired me. Thanks for the tour! ❤️

Hi Sharina... new subscriber here, I discovered you thru the collab with crazy plant guy. Love the house tour, I wish I counted how many times you say the word "beautiful " lol!!! Indeed they're all so beautiful..
I love house plant tours. I am always intrigued with how well your plants grow. I enjoy seeing how you style them in your home and very few have personalities like yours. I was hoping you would have done the office tour.

Hey Sharina, your plant collection is A-mazing! I really like your positive energy. Where do you get your plants from mostly (especially the syngonium albo)?
This is the first video I've seen from you and can I just say... NEW SUBSCRIBER!! 🤩 your voice is so soothing and calming, and your house and plants are just gorgeous can I say 😍🌿

Thank you replying Sharina!! I find it so awesome that you're so interactive to all the commenters too!! 🤩🌿❤️ Honestly anything plant related is gold 🤪🌱 I may have a growing collection of 50+ house plants myself.. Totally addicted! 🤩🌿 Sorry I'm sure you've probably done a heap of these already I haven't been through a ton on your videos yet! Slowly binge watching them all 😊❤️ but I love to see plant tours at nurseries maybe? If you're comfortable with doing that, it's just so interesting to see what plants they are across the world!! As I'm in NZ and most house plants are JUST now getting introduced to this country, sadly we don't have a massive collection avaliable just yet 😔😁🌱 but honestly whatever videos you want to put out I will definitely watch!! 🤩🌿💚
hey Sharina, so glad I found you! I love your soothing voice ❤️ I'm having a problem with gnats after I installed my humidifier, was wondering in you went through the same issue and how you solved it. Thank you 🙏
Pretties! oooo...you should be a hand model! haha...i really liked when you used your hands when your face is not in the video. Your hand was totally doing all the talking and it was perfect! Love, love, love it all!...except...that weird wire you have. 🤭

I just came across your video and I found it very entertaining, didn't thought you are a Filipina not until you mentioned the "Dun" lips pointing thingy on your other video haha
Your plants are awesome. Such a pretty space, love what you've done with it. I wonder if the peperomia pink lady is a scammy plant like the pink Congo where the variegation reverts over time. 🤔
Ancy Alexander I never thought about that?????? I hope not??? I’ve had her for about 9 months? Hmm do u know how long reverting or reversion lol (I dunno) takes?????😬
Well here goes again I wasn't able to watch all of this video the other day when I started watching it so I'm finishing this and I can't believe you have another variegated string of hearts in the kitchen it's not fair you have more than one and I don't have any. My little baby string of Hearts is growing really long it's in a like one inch pot and I paid almost twenty bucks for it including shipping but it's doing well so it makes me happy! I love this video by the way thanks for making it
@@SharinaTallada I suppose you found something else after you fell in love with that string of hearts! It's hard to give away something that we absolutely love and I could have string of Hearts hanging everywhere. If I lived in California I probably have one in every window. I have a string of bananas that this summer was very Lush and groove clear to the ground. It's hanging right now in the bathroom on the shower Court curtain rod next to the window and it's almost touching the floor. But for some reason some of the strands were dying where they come out of the soil so I cut them off and I'm trying to propagate them in water not sure if that will work what do you think? I love how it looks of course my adult sons living with me for a while and thank goodness he doesn't mind it's at the end of the bathtub... Why don't was outside this summer the humidity here in Maryland had it grow a lot of aerial roots which now in the house have sort of dried up. Well here I go long-winded with my friendly microphone on my cell phone keyboard so I'll cut it short take care
I hope when all of those peduncle open up on your Hoya you film them for us! I now have seven Hoyas just got two more in the mail. You have quite a collection of hoyer's you even have them in the kitchen. And your calatheas that you have please buy one of those self watering globes for it it will be so happy I know mine are and I just bought another calatheas I have three now...this is an orbafolia... I just got it from Gabriella Nursery that's also where one of my Hoyas came from
Kathleen Murphy I love the orbifolia! It’s gorgeous ! I think I saw them have it on their website a couple of weeks ago! I saw it at my local nursery here but didn’t get it! Haha too nervous I would kill it! Because !! It’s expensive and then, when it dies (becaus it will in my house haha) I will be devastated!!!!!!!!!
@@SharinaTallada I can't wait to see it! I've had a hoya four I don't know 5 6 and it hasn't bloomed! But it's such a beautiful healthy full plant you can't even see the potting soil and it's it's growing around the arm of the hanging basket it's very Lush and full. I think the reason it is is because I keep taking cuttings off of the poor thing. They root so easily in water that I can't help myself. My favorite thing I think I've discovered on reflection is propagating taking cuttings from all my plants especially the going is philodendrons Hoya pothos and my coleus plants. I also love growing plants from seed wish I had a real big Greenhouse! But I have like five or six baby Hoyas from this particular plant that I think is a princess the new growth has a pink tinge to it and I know it's not of Queen because the white is inside but it's more like a cream inside. Right now it is overflowing the pot that it's in with so many meet branches that that's all I can do to resist breaking them off to root them... If it doesn't bloom I'm making more babies teehee!
@@SharinaTallada I think they have the small ones for less than $20 maybe it was 17 it was around the same price as the Silvery Ann pothos... And was I'd say about 5 in high or more and maybe four or more inches in diameter it's beautiful it'll be in my unboxing video if I ever get it posted! Immediately I put one of those self watering bulbs in its pot. Not the big glass one but on Amazon I found small plastic ones that were 10 in a package and they weren't very expensive it amounted to a little over a dollar each which is worth it because I am a neglectful waterer especially plants that are up high... Or on the back of shelves or in corners there's specific ones I forget the water for whatever reason and I've bought those glass watering globes for them. If you have a Dollar General store around you I go in throughout the week I have one like not even five minutes from my house and buy something and almost every week it has on the receipt of coupon if you spend $25 you get $5 off so I buy things that are necessities that I could get at the supermarket but are just as inexpensive at Dollar General. And that $5 off I would put towards those glass self waterers so I felt like I was getting things for my plants all summer for free. I bought some huge maybe they're 20 gallon pots to plant my alocasia and colocasia and for the patio. They were $10 and sometimes they be on sale 50% off and then that coupon I would end up getting my big pots for free. I use them as cache pots in the house right now... But my huge elephant ear collection was just planted in them when they outgrew their Nursery pot. I love chatting with you thanks so much
@@SharinaTallada by the way as I read through all the comments on your videos I give all of the people who posted a comment a thumbs up. It helps in two ways those people that commented because I love to read comments I've learned so much in the past year not only from videos people have posted especially your wonderful videos... And I've learned so much from reading the comments because there are a lot of people who have a lot of knowledge in their head but don't have a RUclips channel and sometimes share that knowledge in a comment!!! Sometimes it has also LED to an interesting person who has a neat website that RUclips has never suggested.
Omg so jealous!! Where do you find these things? I’ve been shopping for rare philodendrons and antheriums but I can’t afford them. Any tips on how to get deals?
Too cute!!! I tried to be your one thousands like but I couldn’t quite reach it!! Almost there! I love your tour!! You shouldn’t be up ashamed of your office it didn’t look dirty at all and there were some plants I desperately wanted to meet! Especially some variegated syngonium I thought I saw on the back wall LOL. I wish I lived near you so that I can help your M. Deliciosa who needs a reporting and fertilizer. 10 minutes to give her a new home she will love you! Use a 10 inch pot for six bucks from Home Depot who cares! Love you and your smile, keep on inspiring! 💚, @drhappyplants
Wonderful tour! As for pots for your Monstera, have you gone to Pottery Mgf & Dist. Inc in Gardena? Was this this weekend and it's amazing. A customer actually brought in her Monstera to find the perfect pot. As for your Cebu Blue, I've NEVER seen one in person (but I've only started collecting for about 5 months). One local nursery told me that the main distributor will not ship to CA. I saw a bunch of String of Turtle yesterday at Rainbow but it was pricey!
WHAAAAAAAATT I must go there. Gardena is so farrr haha maybe in the weekend! Thank you for lettin gme know!!!!!!!!! also, really never seen a cebu???? also! lots of string of turtles out right now!!!!!!!!!!
I refer to most of my plants as he or she but there’s no set characteristics but more so a feeling, you know 🙃 I recently discovered I’m a flora empath and you probably are too 💚💚 much love to you my plant friend!!
hi!!!! i have gnats!!! actually you are reminding me ,I just have to get those sticky things! I don't have lot surprisingly, but I think that's what I'll be doing!
Hey girl hey! I missed you. I'm catching up on your videos. How are you? I love the plant tour. Your plants are looking good. I'm going through winter so I hope mines make it. Tfs, hugs Meka
MEKA!! Miss you girl! Thank you for being back here!! oh nooo good luck with your plants there!! I am sure they will make it, also I am sending you planty vibes hahaa thank u for coming back here meka!!! xoxoxo
Beautiful planties you got there girl! And btw, gotta compliment those nice looking antique style pieces of furnitures you got! They look like our grandmothers pieces back in the Philippines amirite?!😄😉😊
dvyn maano haha Hu Dvyn!!!!! Wow how do you say your name???!! So unique!!!! And huwowww thank u!!!! Lol, a few of them were from the swap meet aka flea market lol!!! They do look like lola furniture pieces!! Lol the ones they never want to throw away!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I hang my hanging plants like that, except I drill holes in the rim of terracotta pots and add a wire nursery hanger to them. I used to have a bunch of macrame hangers but...up and down the step stool each week got old quick. lol
Tessa haz hi! Depends on your space, the “look,” also 💰, like how much would you want to spend on one ? There’s lots of options from $10 Home Depot ones to others that cost over 100! The ones I use are form Modsprout😀
I just get LED lights or LED light bulbs. I took off the shades of two floor lamps with 100 watt light bulbs in them and my plants love them they grow towards those lights. I also have two other lamps I put LED lights in really those are two regular lamps that don't have their shades on and the other two are a desk lamp that's adjustable and I turn it up the whole way it had it's one of those retro ones that has the adjustable arm on it and another one that uses like a chandelier candelabra type light bulb. All LEDs and Dollar General has under the counter strip lights that are like one long light bulbs they're not those little teeny tiny light bulbs side by side. They cost less than $7 and I have them on the different shelves that I have my plants on bookcases whatever you want to call them and attach them so each little Shelf has its own Set of Lights. In fact my begonia cuttings that are under the strip lights are blooming so you only need grow lights if you're trying to like get things to flower or to grow fruits or vegetables indoors most of these plants that are tropical rainforest plants especially if they're understory plants are fine with LED light bulbs. Go to the thrift store bio floor lamp take the shade off put a hundred watt LED light bulb in or by those clamp-on lights the ones that have like the silver metal cone and put a hundred watt LED light bulb in that and shine it on your plants you can focus it wherever you want. Those are inexpensive ways. I just bought a cute lamp the other day that has a lady that's an old-fashioned lady in fact it might be made out of a figurine from the turn of the century for $2.50 at the thrift store and put an LED light bulb on and put on the top shelf of my metal plant Shelf. I bought a little shoe rack at Dollar General for I don't know five or six dollars and it has four shelves on it it's not very big and it's light not very heavy and I put this lamp on top of it and it shines down on the plants on the Shelf. I hope you don't mind me sharing this , Sharina
love your videos!! I have the same humidifer, for how many hours/day do you keep it running? cosume a lot of electricity? thanks!! bdw love your make up!!!
Sharina Tallada no we have not! I just try to steer you away from those dang CALATHEAS, I know you struggle with them as so do I. Just trying to save you some money for other plants, and I know it was spelled wrong but I knew you’d get it!
For growlights I recommend the GE models . Inexpensive and effective . Ge PAR38 And BR30 and their grow light bar . Bright and good PAR and not over $50 lol
Beautiful collection! I always hook a plant underneath one that’s hanging in macrame, I hook it where the tassel is! That sound dumb but hopefully you get what I’m saying! 😂

I have more plants I wants specially seeing your plants collection some I don’t have . I have Philodendron Brandiatum but not doing too well since I a friend gave to me. I don’t mind sending you a cutting if only this one healthy enough. One thing I noticed or maybe I missed it in here I didn’t see you having the Albo that everybody is raving about . Don’t worry I don’t have one either can’t afford that one .😂 have good night see you again next time .
Never enough plant tours! I love to see the plants and get ideas for how to set them up! Thanks for sharing instead of taking a nap or doing the dishes! Lol

Beautiful collection!

@@SharinaTallada and Paula I love the sansevieria Moonshine. I have a pot of them that I need to separate so maybe I can trade you 1 for a cutting of something else maybe this summer. I'm not separating them right now because I already need foster homes for some of my plans for the winter teehee! Like my three huge monsteras by 2 huge philodendrons but I know we're not Jungle Boogie but I don't know what they are but they're big and my huge Rojo Congo and my two huge alocasias... I don't have room for five my five gardenia trees in the house for things are in the garage but so far it stayed above freezing they're just chilling teehee

Hey Faby!!!!! I got mine online from NSE Tropicals!!!
Sharina Tallada thx sooo much for responding. 🙌🏽 I just checked and they are sold out! 😫 Its ok- I will wait patiently.👍🏽❤️
I love this video by the way thanks for making it
Kathleen Murphy wow!!! $20!! Haha thank you again for all you’re COMMENTS! Haha this variegated string of hearts was supposed to be a gift .....😜
Kathleen Murphy oh! And the peduncle opened up the very next day!!! I’ll post a picture!!!

Kyme Gracia yea tell me about it!😂my stool from Walmart doesn’t even reach most of them 😭 I need a ladder at this point hahah!!
What plant lights would you recommend?
Great collection girl 💚 I love the Sanseveria station!
hi hi hi!!!! yea??!?!! do you like it??? I think i want to get some more!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
