  • PFRP 1 - “Power Press”
    1. Sprint across to “cut the field” break down
    2. Shuffle backward but keep your body & eyes forward towards the goal cage to “read the play” and touch the blue cone
    3. Sprint forward and touch the blue cone and break down your steps to “close the distance”
    4. Turn your hips and sprint max effort to the last cone to “protect the the sideline”. Finish the drill with your feet “facing the goal cage”
    Steps 1- 4 = 1 Rep
    Rest on opposite sideline and complete the next rep going opposite direction to work both shuffle/sprint changes of direction.
