3. Now you got her eyes down, she’s feeling your pressure - well done! You are near the circle edge so you need to protect your feet, get LOW. Semi-shuffle low to cone 4. Get your hands away from your body.
4. Woohoo she kicked the ball due to your amazing defensive pressure! Recovery jog back to cone 1 as your reward.
