  • 1. The backfield is outletting - it’s time to make WIDTH! Sprint to cone 2!
    2. As you approach cone 2, open your hips and backpedal to break down low with your toes pointing upfield. Pause here for 2 seconds.
    3. Looks like you are under pressure and you need to receive closed towards the ball - sprint to cone 3!
    4. After you dish the ball backwards, you recycle across the field towards cone 4.
    Repeat steps 1-4 in the opposite direction
    Steps 1- 7 = 1 Rep
