True. 10 gears is kinda much but then again you wont go beyond 6th on track. Last 4 could act as highway gears. Pretty sure atleast 2 are much longer ratio then the rest.

Yea, putting 600+ hp engines into a body shell with rigidity comparable to european cars from 30 years ago and chassis that can't handle 250hp properly. Insane indeed. Then compensating for it by using overly wide tires to give it a perception of grip.

I guess the speedometer was adapted to KPH from MPH, because "200" is where the MPH speedometer ends in the domestic examples of the ZL1. I think a better solution to this would be to have the normal speedo in MPH and the digital one in KPH, so as to always know what speed you do at any moment.

@@riduloingo87 actually the speedometer has two modes, mph and kmh. When set to the imperial system, the speedo goes up to 200 mph, when you switch it over to kilometers, it goes up to 200 kilometers per hour. Doesn't have anything to do with laws.
@@markomclane475 I was implying that there's basically no road where you can go 200 kmh or mph anywhere in the entirety of North America. Therefore there's no point to putting higher register on it. But did you miss the part with the digital speedometer? Tracking to 250? Does it matter what the "analog" says when it's still telling you how fast you're going?

Indeed, the speedo can either be set to mph or kph, only going up to 200 of the respective unit.
They changed it because kmh is better

Totally love the car and I have a 7 litre 2014 Z28 Camaro so have some experience with late'sh model Camaros but the exhaust on this ZL1 is too high pitched and raspy for me - at times it almost sounds like a V6 for a moment. Prefer an exhaust with some more bass tones.....

lazy manufacturer, they just changed the speedo dial to show kmh instead of mph without actually changing the numbers.
