Hello Francisco, thank you for your inquiry. Hill-start Assist Control (HAC) is not an available feature on the 2007 - 2009 Highlander Hybrid. ^EA

I raced my car up the hill and it flipped over, is it too late to turn on the Hill- start assist control? Oh wait, this system doesn't work because the car is upside down:-(
