Really like the content and frequent uploads on various tweaks and techniques.
What net are you using? Would you recommend it or a different setup?

Thanks. The net is by “gosports” on Amazon. First one I’ve tried, I should’ve gotten the 7ft wide one probably, this 10 ft wide is bigger than I need.

You will get more power by locking your hip up and not pending the knee like that, Kuoksa explains that part well on his English speaking videos :) now you are leaking power, but this way throwing works well on golf shot and hitting it accurate with less power in purpose.

Not bending my knee like what?
My knee straights out quite a bit on the brace: i.imgur.com/pldnlyT.png
      Which vid from Kuoksa?

That's amazing kneework, I proprably watched a control shot and mixed up, you can forget that part of the comment :D -- to the important part; trying to figure out this hip thing. Kuoksa explains it well in this point:

Have you taken a dive into this?
And maybe you know this guy maybe don't but he might be bigger hand than Barela, hopefully he gets his whole golf game package fixed in upcoming years so we could see it more show cased. Going to ask a clinic from him probably, as it seems to be very difficult to navigate from Pro distance to Elite distance. Years of practise has made it more easier to hit golf lines up 460feet, but 500-550 golf lines those would be something spectacular and getting of course that 460 more consistent in meanwhile.
Current season condition after Gym training winter is mystery but seems to have developed from last year. Personally had 7-month full break from throws.

@@juhatt Thanks, thankfully my brace was mostly natural. I planted a little too open initially but after closing it, the knee naturally extended and pivoted on it's own, probably from intuition from other sports.
I think I know what you're talking about, some people talk about the hip "clearing up" or use the term "post up".
I started out arming the disc a lot and when I saw videos about using the hips more I tried arming less and rotating the hips more, but it was just a different problem. Then I saw this Leon S video: ruclips.net/video/jl_2pwhJa18/видео.html
And his explanation resonated with me so I stopped thinking about the hips or trying to do anything with them and just let it automatically happen from the brace.
This local pro near me seems to have discovered a similar thing, his previous hip video was very hip rotation focused and then he shifted his thinking and focus to more about just planting and driving the force upwards: ruclips.net/video/vPNwJluNdLQ/видео.html
I saw that video you linked, the first video I saw of Kuoksa was not that long ago, it was a video of him throwing 500ft on his knees posted on reddit. I hope to see more of his play soon too, I've only seen a few clips here and there. Do you have a favorite performance of his in a tournament to share?
In terms of coaching, I'm assuming your in EU, maybe you've already heard of this guy but he to have a really cool approach from this video I saw: ruclips.net/video/i9looaAhU68/видео.html
