i am not toxic myself but i think this will be better since most "toxic players" are raging becasue their teammates are absolute dogshit like if i am a sentienel i just watch flank maybe lurk get some info and anchor the site thats my job i cant fucking entry on site tf u expect me to do

Bad players themselves isnt the problem. Its the balancing of teams in matchmaking. Im very bad myself and i get three more bad people. That should never work that way (the opponents get tenz, jawgemo, sinatra, Kang Kang and Subroza on their team)
there are ppl in rad with 0.7 or 0.6 kd that has been rad every season since ep3. The mmr from the ancient times has just kept them there. I have had the opportunity to play with some of those ppl and they are just plain awful so idk. The mmr system def isn't working as it should, and the fact that ranks means so little compared to mmr is kinda absurd.

To be honest, you don't need 30-40 kills to rank up from low elo, I'm diamond who was stuck in low ranks for a while so I know precisely what gets you out, I think I've never hit a 40 kill game by myself, hell 30 kill games are ridiculous to be expecting at a consistent basis, that ruins improvement especially considering how people can just bait for kills, you just need to refine your mechanics and gamesense to the point you're decent and you'll rank up by playing. Use your mic too, nobody IGL's in low ranks, diamond barely, if you have a lot of knowledge you can carry your team by communication which I've done tons in diamond as well. Have a mic, give simple comms, if you think somebody placed a bad smoke or your sage can't wall properly just ask her to wall like that next time, etc. etc.

totally the opposite, I'm saying no (if yo u watch till the end) and anyways new players rarely will be placed in high elo lobbies :)
make a pre game warmup mandatory, just a short 5 minute warmup in something like the range but youre punished if you dont shoot the orbs or something, for example, tenz's routine on aimlabs which is just you standing still and orbs coming towards you, and if 3 orbs pass a line thats behind where you are standing, you fail, your score in this warmup will effect the MMR you will queue into, ofc this will have a cap to like 200rr over or under your current rank, but it took me 2 minutes to think of this, its not even that hard to implement either, its a direct way to assess your skill level at that current moment

Shooting orbs is rarely reflective on your games. There are people who are insane in aimlabs but struggle in valorant comptetitive. Why?
Aim can carry you a lot, however, game sense, positioning AND especially crosshair placement ARE SO SO IMPORTANT. Especially in ranks up until immortal (immortal's around where you cant keep up with bad aim anymore).
Your example fails because you are comparing it to a pro player. Your average gamer who does not play valorant for a job does not necessarily need an aim-routine to keep up in their rank.
