    Dr. Hyman Question: You said a multi vitamin and fish oils will balance blood sugars... Is this correct ??? Of course I am assuming you mean alone with a proper lifestyle diet

    He missed a point to the guy not eating breakfast: we also screw up our metabolism by staying up late watching television and eating. Maybe we should take all of the light bulbs and televisions out of our houses...
