My father, Izaak Leib Kaswiner, was born in Stanislawow in 1899 and by his 15 yrs old went to Wien for working. By 1936 he fled to Brazil to scape nazism. (His brother stayed there and we never heard of him again till our days) He came to Ceará State in Northeast BrazilI and lived in Fortaleza, the state capital, till his death in 1972 . I was born in 1960 the same day and month of his 61st anniversary. I'd love to know his bithplace and have a idea of how could be living in such land. See you, soon !
@@bepsoklades My father went to Wien, Austria, when he was about 15 or 16 yrs old . I think he never came back to Stanislawow again. His brother, Markus Kaswiner, stayed in Stanislawow till the war begun. I belive he was killed by the Nazi. My father never heard of him after September 1939 again. I lost my father when I still was a little kid. I was going to my 12 yrs old and my father 73 yrs old. I have some docs of his high school and job in Stanislawow and Wien. Now I have a friend that is writing a book about the Kaswiner's saga till our days in Brazil.

Very interesting story. Who was your father by profession? What did your ancestors do for a living in Stanislawow?

Do you live in Stanislawów, I mean, Ivano-Frankviski ?
@@bepsoklades I really would like to find more informations about my ancestors when living in there.
18 September is the date of my birthday. You posted this on Sep/18th/2016. Just coincidence ?
Pure coincidence, but maybe it means something?
