Every time they do a story like this, it’s somehow both the creepiest and most tragic versions of the Daleks ever. I always want to see the Doctor finally be able to change them for the better. He gets so close so many times but it never ends up succeeding. Alpha, Beta, Omega, Metaltron, Sec, Rusty. They all would have made for such great companions had they not all either reverted to their old ways or died.

Dalek Alpha is one of my favourite colour schemes ever. I even have the figure set of the 8th Doctor and Dalek Alpha!

Just stumbled among this video and noticed one of my Dalek renders in the thumbnail. Pretty cool to see it out in the wild 😂

    Dray
744 subscribers (me speaking in a Dalek Scientist voice): [feeling disappointed] "It's a DAMN shame that the Humanised Daleks never ever even showed up after both "Evil of The Daleks" and "Children of The Revolution", as the Humanised Daleks are a perfect example of exactly how a friendly Dalek SHOULD be. I really hope that someday eventually that they might one day make a GRAND RETURN to "Doctor Who", as they would make EXCELLENT life long friends, guardian protectors, and allies of Humanity and to show the rest of the Universe that there are GOOD DALEKS! These Daleks DESERVE to be brought back onto Doctor Who!!!"

    I love the humanised Daleks.
They are such a cool concept and I wish that they had been developed upon more since they are a cool unique faction of Daleks. They are arguably the closest thing we may ever have to a race of “Good” Daleks (since the human-Dalek hybrids were all exterminated).
There is potential for the human Daleks to have survived somehow though. Since although we have confirmation of what happened to Daleks alpha and Beta as well as the other human factor Daleks on their planet.
It is never told to us what happened to Dalek Omega. Some speculate that he was potentially destroyed in the Revolution on Skaro in the ruins of the Daleks Capital City (Kalaan). However, this is most unlikely. Since the Human factor Daleks won the war due to their stronger numbers.
Perhaps Dalek Omega is still out there. Xx

Honestly it would've been great to see in the 3rd doctor. Seeing the Grey's run about causing havoc and then the silver and blue humanized daleks emerge from a ship revealing that although Skaro is theirs and the Thals, the rest of their interplanetary holdings are warring against them.
And taking from headlines of the 60s and 70s of nazi holdouts or affiliated groups means more stories.
It was a waste to get rid of them for generic dalek stories of the 70s and 80s (though I love most of them)
