I am 63 years old and absolutely love the workouts. You have inspired me to get out of my chair and give it 100%. You never seem to sweat but I sweat enough for two! Also like the 12 minute Tabata by the sea. So I do the main workout in the morning around 8am and the Tabata around 7 in the evening. Not so bad for an old man! Thank you

I am loving this challenge!!! Even though I still struggle with some moves like push ups and burpees, I am noticing a gradual improvement in those moves since I started! I am also noticing how much stronger my abs and legs are becoming and I love that!! Already planning to redo the challenge once I am finished to see how much I have improved. I started working out with you about 1 1/2 months ago and couldn't keep up with you during all of the exercises but I am getting stronger all the time. I still have to stop and breathe once times or do a slight modification, but I am getting there. I love the workouts with weights, the 12 minute Tabata, the restorative yoga, and well, all of them! I am 51 years old and love my 5am workouts. Keep them coming. Thank you for your inspiration and hard work for all of us. I love the outfits too. =D

nice workout. I really like the combo exercises. 50 secs on, 10 secs off was a challenge. great music as well. i would have liked more renegade row variations with burpees. overall, great workout. i completed it a 5am. i’ll be training with you every other day this week. thanks again

DAY18 was done! Wow Anna this video contains a LOT OF new moves that we have not tried in the past 17 days!!! SUPER FUN!!! The new moves surprised me and then I surprised myself too! Had a lot of WOW moments today haha. I used 10lbs weights today, was challenged, but am thinking about trying with 15lbs tomorrow...... Yes because we are the warriors!!!

Fantastic workout! Was able to follow along to the entire workout and only took about 5 to 10 second breaks that I can count on one hand. I had to modify two of the moves, but the rest I was able to almost keep up with you on. I burned 287 wonderful calories.

Thank you for your workouts, especially during corona this is a nice routine. After 3 weeks i can already tell that i have become stronger. The only thing I do not like so much are the cool downs in the end. I think it would make sense to give them a little more variety and change the 50 sec circle

Just finished this workout after a week hiatus due to crazy work schedule. Definitely felt really good and strong after! I seem to prefer the with weights workouts vs the without weights ones. I think it's because of less jumping lol. Another excellent workout and amazing work as always Anna 👍

Hey😊 I love to do your workouts, they make me even more and more motivated🔥 I had to stop doing my workout for 2 months because of an injury, I healed now and started to do workout again for 3 days with 20-30mins cardio. I would like to start this program tomorrow and I am wondering about the weight, shall I start with 5kg each? Today was a great core and leg burner, but it must admit that I felt quite stressed by the music 6.30 in. Whoa! 🙌 I managed to keep up with you during the entire workout without extending the break time. I only needed to modify four of the moves for me to keep up and still kick butt. When I started this challenge, I had to take longer breaks and could only keep up to the 15% mark. Granted, this workout isn't as intense as the first one but it was still a challenge, nonetheless. Burned 278 proud calories. Thank you for being such an inspiration.
