From the Dave Destruction Archive. Tape #222.
    Digitised by KingBean.
Dave Wilson aka Dave Destruction was a prolific collector, trader and filmer in Melbourne from the late 80s and into the 2000s.
His collection was extensive - thousands of VHS tapes from decades of trading with others across the globe.
He passed away in late 2020, and with the help of Jason PC, Mike FB and Gasher Whale, I am working through his vast collection to get it digitised, and make sure his lifetime of archiving can be preserved.
    Transfer: VHS → JVC HR-S5500AM → Panasonic DMR-ES15 → Cypress CTB-100G TBC → Tevion DVD Maker+ (ATI clone, eMPIA) → Windows XP → Virtual Dub 1.9.11 → .avi (HuffYUV) → AviSynth (QTGMC, Crop, Spline36Resize) → FFmpeg → .mp4 → RUclips

Mate, thank you so much for posting this you’re a legend!
This was from the Where the Wild Things Are one day festival that they played at the Palace in St Kilda, sadly not there anymore. This was the Melbourne all ages session which they played with the Dweebs, Massappeal, and the Celibate Rifles. I was there with my mates at age 15, it was my first proper mosh pit gig and a supremely life changing moment.
Seen the Hard Ons many times since…one of the best live bands of all time.
    Thanks again

No worries, glad you're able to revisit it!! So this was the all ages arvo show, and then they did an 18+ show in the evening?

@@kingbean28 So this one was the Saturday afternoon all ages gig, the over 18s was the night before on the Friday night. There was a nice little split tour ep that they did with the Rifles as well by the same name (Where the Wild Things Are). I have a copy at home and I see there are still a few floating around online.
