Was tired of the page break on my company's information document because it made our footer look all wonky, but now when trying to move the footer with page break we can't?

This is cool, but how do write on the very bottom of a page I need to know!
File > Page Setup > Decrease the (Bottom) Margin Value
But when i download it it goes back to pages, is there a way to get over that
