I'm reading some real silly comments here. But I will just say try and buy a home in newyork city for this price and you will get absolutely nothing! As far as someone looking in your backyard all day, these homes are so big and beautiful I don't see when or why anyone would waste their time looking into your backyard or where they have time to do this instead of enjoying this gem of a home. Who would be foolish enough to do this? Most people who purchase homes like this are professional people who don't have time to be home all day wondering about what goes on in their neighbors backyards. Believe me! As far as I'm concerned, these sort of comments come from individuals who live in closed in spaces and are used to someone spying on them because they don't work and have time to be looking in backyards all day. Also when neighbors are supposedly looking in your yard why are you home all day everyday in the first place? 🤔 think about that before you answer.
