These lux. builder put so much time into the exterior but skimp on the interior/landscaping. The interior design was a bit lacking and entrance landscaping as well. Still a nice home though.

This house if everything I asked for on a nice acre very spacious, nice floors inside and out details. Enough rooms and space for family and guest. The pool is in the perfect place and I love the landscape and gate entry 😍

The way it sits on the side of the yard just doesn't fit in. U need a bigger pool with a spa attached. You also need more details in the backyard like a beautiful sitting area where u can lounge. Add a barbecue area and a fire pit. It's just too plain. For that amount of money, it's all about details and that WOW Factor.

This home is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING except for the master bedroom being on the ground floor. I would renovate and move it UPSTAIRS and away from all the action of the kitchen and living rooms!
Given that the master is on the main and there's an elevator, I suspect that it was built for someone who is mobility impaired. A residential elevator is a rare find even in a grand home. As someone who uses arm crutches and a wheelchair occasionally, that was one of the best features of the home.

If you have $3.2M you can have a home built and designed the way you want it. I’d love to have beautiful landscaping, more decorative pool etc...Maybe it needed more staging around the pool. This is a nice home. I’ve seen beautiful homes in Texas that may be more spacious and not as expensive. You must be paying for the zip code.
The shutters on the front of the house are on backwards. Even though they are non-working shutters, the idea is to make them appear as if they are. If those could, close the rounded tops would be in a butterfly position, thus, not looking rounded. For the amount of money that this costs, every detail should be correct, don't you think?
