I think a more accurate term for these three are 'sub-legendaries,' but they're awesome. Yes, there's a theory that the Creation Trio is based on the three stages of matter (four if you count Arceus=plasma), but I think these three do a much better job of actually representing those stages of matter. I'd definitely go out of my way to catch these three if they were in a game.
So, the three states of matter, you got ice the solid, water the liquid and steam the gas. You're only missing one, the fourth state of matter; plasma.
First and foremost: I love the video and the designs for your sub legendary trio! I just wanna help provide some clarity as far as these special Pokemon groups go and I sincerely hope this helps Legendary Pokemon, as you mentioned in the video, are typically one of the end goals in mainline Pokemon games or in other words, the mascot Pokemon for each game, ie Dialga, Palkia, Giratina. They do have significant involvement in the story Sub Legendary Pokemon, however, aren’t always key players in the story of most games, more like an extra side quest to help complete your dex for that shiny charm lol. Examples that fall under this category are the Kanto bird trio, the Johto legendary cats, the Regis, Latios and Latias, the Lake Trio, the Swords of Justice, etc. And for the most part, they tend to have BST lower than 600 (usually between 500-600) Mythical Pokemon are extremely rare Pokemon that are usually limited to distributions via GameStop (remember those days? lol) or now via internet downloads or certain saved game data. Almost all mythical Pokemon, sans Phione, Arceus, Keldeo, Hoopa-unbound, and Meltan, have a BST of 600 Ultra Beasts and Paradox Pokemon are also classified as “special Pokemon” and both have a few Pokemon that are also legendary. UBs have Solgaleo, Lunala, and Necrozma while the paradoxes have Koraidon and Miraidon. I hope this helps for future reference and I really enjoyed the video 😄
3:58 I do find it ironic that the mythical examples you gave right before this are legendaries and then the theme you chose to do that hasn't happened yet was done by the Gen 4 legendaries. Other than presentation this video is really well done. The call-back to the Gen 1 Legendaries through the names were cool but I think you should've used a different language since Spanish was already used by the Gen 1 Legendaries. I do get why Spanish was used since your region is based on Florida but it was the connecting name theme of the Legendary Birds. Obviously don't have to do this but if you decide to change the names I would recommend using a different language that hasn't been used for a number theme already, so not Spanish or German, French might be the easiest to convert to without major changes since they sound similar to the Spanish words. These mythicals are just amazing. Their designs really speak about the states of matter more than the Gen 4 legendaries so despite being a repeat I am glad that you decided to take this on, would not be opposed if you decided to do one for Plasma in the future. Cryuno is my absolute favourite and I am excited for the future of this Florida region as always...
@TheJohnMachineArt i really wished I knew you did this cuz long before 2-3 years ago, I got in touch with RUclipsr HoopsandHops after seeing his Canada region, Norcloh. I proposed a future idea he considered where my home state of Florida would be the Sureda Region and be a resembling sequel to Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness with similar gimmicks. I already even made the towns/gyms plus the evil team being Team Truth (you dont need to guess whom theyre based off of). Abd the legendary being Pucha'Bwe. A legendary ground psychic Pokémon based on one of the Seminole legendary creatures of creation based on the Florida panther with this being one of the evry furst creatures Arcues made.
These were the towns/cities: Cutlass Town - based on my home town of Cutler Ridge in the general Miami area which was severely hit during Hurricane Andrew Miyamsa - Miami and the Cautra Epic (region's elite 4 tournament) site The Eternal Reeds - grass gym area based off the Everglades and one of the central legendary myth sites (Glades badge) Entress City - Estero and South West Florida Fire Stick Bay - Tampa Bay area and the electric flying gym (Forecast badge) Orbitville - Orlando and the fairy steel gym (Celebration badge) Cape Keytonvra - Cape Canaveral and the Treasure Coast plus Daytona and Deltona area for the dragon normal (focus on speed) gym (Launch badge) Okracoke - Ocalla for the fire gym (Roast badge) Konivjack Village - Jacksonville and the dark gym (Rod badge) Gains City - Gainesville and the ground water gym (Chomp badge) Tamuhook Capital - Tallahassee and the fighting gym (Tribunal Badge) Socallo Expressway - elite road being I-95 Lake Ocqanea - Lake Ochachobee and possible legendary site Ft. Anguilla - St. Augustine and fountain of youth mythos
the global releases don't make distinction between mythical and legendary, but the japanese versions do. from what i can tell, mythical are rare or known only to a select few in-universe. myths essentially, like they were things that are thought of only as stories.
I thought Cryuno's was a little too similar to Snow Warning but with added rules. I get it can be pretty difficult to come up with new ability ideas. I also liked how it's an ice type since this region is scarce with them. Also a sudden hailstorm in a high temperature climate would be so unique story wise. I thought the three mythicals should have at least one type common among them. Having Evapores be a water type with an ability that causes the sunlight weather condition sounds kinda contradicting. Since that weather condition in the games halves the power of water moves and doubles fire moves.
When you say the “Three States of Matter” theme hasn’t been done before, I’m assuming you’re referring to the Mythical or Sub Legendary Trios/Quartets. If not, then there is already that theme sort of with the Myth Trio of Sinnoh.
can you try doing a mean story mode videos on youtube about your pokemon fan made region pokemon games show the the gym leaders and the regions villain teams taking on pokemon league and taking on the elite four and do a video on ash journey here in this region and his them also would he catches more then six like he did in unova and who is this region's elite four and finally can do a video what it be like if you was in the pokemon anime and also awesome job on make this region man you sound send this idea to the team that made the anime and games it would make a awesome anime season and game send back message are reply and tell me what you think p.s i mean this awesome job on your youtube channel love your work man
There's also BEC and like a bunch more, they don't matter - it may have these forms, but at regular temperature ranges, those forms are unattainable even if they exist, is what you can think of those extra forms.

A plasma pokemon could be amorphicly amazing.
Absolutely Awesome!!! I like the transition from sketches to final characters. Great artistry Disney animators need to check this out!
The art and small details in the shading sets this apart. Fantastic

Amazing video... as usual.
A variation of this could be what Disney needs for an upgrade of their haunted mansion. Perhaps a haunted mansion animated movie.

I always thought palkia, dialga, and giratina represented the states of matter
there’s an almost Castrorm-like quality to this trio, especially Evapores. Which is perfect considering the cloud/weather aspect. great work!
Instead of permanent sun for Evapores, it could be permanent tailwind.
Another approach is for the entire trio, weather ball could be boosted

Entress City - Estero and South West Florida

Orbitville - Orlando and the fairy steel gym (Celebration badge)
Cape Keytonvra - Cape Canaveral and the Treasure Coast plus Daytona and Deltona area for the dragon normal (focus on speed) gym (Launch badge)
Okracoke - Ocalla for the fire gym (Roast badge)
Konivjack Village - Jacksonville and the dark gym (Rod badge)
Gains City - Gainesville and the ground water gym (Chomp badge)
Tamuhook Capital - Tallahassee and the fighting gym (Tribunal Badge)
Socallo Expressway - elite road being I-95

Ft. Anguilla - St. Augustine and fountain of youth mythos
The idea of a water cycle is great.
Great stuff my guy!

I thought dialga palkia and giratina represented the states of matter as like a secondary connection being solid liquid and gas respectively
I think hydrodos is my favorite but I feel the first one should be water/ice type sense the last two are part water.
Ooo when you do the pseudo legendary pokemon do simi pseudo legendary pokemon aggron and flygon fits in this category
Awesome dude!

Disney Inspired... Disney need to hire you for their animations

What adout Plasma. It Technically a state of matter
How proud did you feel when you told the 2nd grade teacher that for the first time
There's also BEC and like a bunch more, they don't matter - it may have these forms, but at regular temperature ranges, those forms are unattainable even if they exist, is what you can think of those extra forms.
