Pumpkin pie crumble Whisk together: 1 can pumpkin 15 oz 1 12oz can evaporated milk 1c sugar 2 1/2 t pumpkin spice 3 eggs Pour into greased 9x13 pan Topping 1c rolled oats 1c flour 1/2c brown sugar 1 stick cold butter chopped Crumble/ mix with hands or mixer Sprinkle crumble over top pumpkin mixture 350. 45 mins

3 eggs

Topping
1c rolled oats
1c flour
1/2c brown sugar
1 stick cold butter chopped
Crumble/ mix with hands or mixer
Sprinkle crumble over top pumpkin mixture
350. 45 mins
You can make vegan pumpkin pie that doesn't require eggs, thickened with cornstarch. Lots of recipes online.
