The best investment I spent for the helpers mixing all my 2 part adhesives and coatings was to buy a simple electric paint shaker that holds from pints used in poursble sealer for pitch pans ,to 1 gallon cans ,and up to 5 gallon buckets ,a shaker going for 10 minutes will do a better job mixing than a helper with a stir stick can do in an hour .

I can see a lot of roofers having difficulty with clean wands, new five gallon buckets etc. That’s just not in their makeup. Grab a stick and an old 5 gallon bucket - stir, roll and call it a day!

You might want to try a masonry brush for patching.

Nowadays, we can buy silicone roof patch which is silicone mixed with fibers. Very dense paste for seams and any transitions on roof.

Is there a reason you are hiding the brand name of the product(s)? Is it Gaco by any chance?

You removed all the labels off of the product containers??? How will I know which products you are applying to the roofing substrate? Are you advertising your skills as a contractor or are you providing an educational video of how to apply this product? It would have been nice to see how you cleaned the roof and with what products. Also, you did not mention why an Epoxy Primer is applied..Especially the one in the video. Is this to prevent bleed through of the cap sheet surfactants or is this Epoxy Primer used to create a mechical bond to the substrate and the silicone? There are quite a bit of important factors missing from your video as to why Primer is applied, when it is applied, and at how many mils. What happens if the primer is to thick? What happens to the Silicone? How many mils does the silicone go down per Specification? There are too many steps involved??? Perhaps Gaco Western S2000 may be a better solution for this type of roofing system....

Nightraven Global Defense Group Hands down the absolute top of the line and longest lasting cold coating is a liquid EPDM coating made by Garland Roofing materials ,it's called " White Knight " ,for priming over a smooth surface Rubber ,PVC ,TPO or over torch downs and smooth coat Built up asphalt roofs a very thin " yellow glue " like EPDM bonding adhesive is used to prime ,for priming granulated cap a nearly water viscosity yellow glue adhesive is used to prime ,for top coating White Knight is applied best as 35 to 40 mils thickness ,the liquid EPDM is so strong it's like getting firestone poursble sealer on your skin ,and any roofer knows it takes months to wear that shit off your skin ,my crew did a 4,300 sq too coating job using the Garland white knight over a 25 year old Awaplan granulated cap sheet and had to come back 11 years later to install new call proof skylight covers and the shit was still blinding white with ZERO alligation or peeling ,I kept 60 gallons for myself and coated the 0.45 mil Goodyear EPDM system on the 16 sq flat on the back of my house ,remember Goodyear became Versico well before seam tape came out so all my seams were black glue and failing ,I 3 courses the seams using White Knight and garland mesh/rag ,waited a week and rollers on 2 coats of White Knight, when I clean the guyters every fall in amazed at how new that roof looks and feels ,the white knight even restored the old ass neoprene flashing Goodyear used to use .

      It's a roofing term. A Square is 10' X 10', or 100 square feet. Hope that helps.

Very uninformative video I agree with the other comment. Not enough info. We use the Tropical silicone line and install 10-20 year NDL coating systems. Tropical now uses a 1 part water base bleed trap #996( primer) which is much more user friendly. Rate of application varies on length if warranty desired #996 1 - 1.5 gps. Silicone #924 1.5 - 2.5 gps Of course you have to be certified applicator to get these types of warranties.
