Talking of the last portion of this, I remember being a kid in 1998, give or take a year or so, and even into the 00's, and seeing Camel cigarette ads on the sides of registers at a local supermarket. "Local" being the operative word, because even slightly larger, state-wide markets didn't have them, from what I remember. Small town, small adaptation to the times.
Many times I couldnt sleep at night because of insomnia and I went to work without any sleep,just drink some coffee and power through it,it sucks but you can do it,I also did it when I was a neet for a couple of months and had to change my sleep schedule.
