@@Coyote5555 going to make that grinder and it's keep your when I get home with the freezer full of deer meat. At Grinders been one of the best decisions I ever made processing my own animals
Great video, you may have it on your patron but a video on how you cut up the meat and getting the silver skin off would be cool...how you would process the meat basically all the way through if you diy. Just an idea!
I use the same type of setup except mine is a turboforce2 grinder with a foot pedal. The lem setup with the bags and the new taper/trimmer is a no brainer. I want the dual grinder head that lem and meat brand grinders put out, but my turboforce 2 wont die.
@SamkoTradBow I agree!!! Mine grinds like yours, faster than in can feed it. Though when it finally goes to grinder scrap yard, im going to get one of those dual head grinders so no more plate changing. It will all be done in one pass.
Another banger video! I have the same grinder with the foot pedal and it’s handy as a shirt pocket. Thanks for the content, Jason! Best RUclips channel out there!
great question! you want the knife to dull against the same surface so that there are not gaps or open areas. basically you want the knife to wear evenly against the plate. so its best to use the same knife and plat combo.
@samzahaykevitz1840 video coming out on them and have a couple videos made already a few years ago. They are yak grips for kayaks. On my channel search yak grip
My favorite system as well, I have a foot pedal power switch that makes stuffing the bags even easier!
@@dustinmorris6483 that foot pedal sure makes it a one-person job instead of two. Without the foot pedal you definitely need two people
I just went and bought this based on your review. Last model in stock and marked as discontinued. Thank you!!

This was one of the most satisfying videos to watch. I can watch that machine all day, and kuddos to the best assistant yet!

I got the 1/2 hp one. Also just ordered a tenderizer attachment for it. LEM makes great stuff

Nice. I use the LEM sausage stuffer to fill my bags and it’s so quick and easy. Slowest part is reloading the thing
@@huntfishandgrow4140 I have a Walton sausage stuffer that I haven't used yet but looking forward to it
Thanks for sharing! I’ve been looking for a new one and undecided on what to get, you helped me make my decision!

Making me want to get a foot pedal now!
@ Sir, you will not regret it. Especially if you have help in the kitchen while grinding. Good hunting, this is the best channel on RUclips.
Great video, thanks again for your tips!
I’ll be ordering a 3/4 hp. Nice review!

Perfect video. Just paid 49 bucks to have 38lb of venison turned to hamburger nothing added. Probably got meat from other peoples Deer.

I dont understand why you need a different knife for the smaller plate?

I used mine this year and it literally cooked some meat at the very beginning of the screw. It smelled like burnt popcorn. Have no clue why.
@samzahaykevitz1840 thays where it gets the hottest. It's good to stop every 10 mins or so and let it cool down a bit.
