Ough that's looks bad & be careful ; It looks like the battery is defective, it might have started to inflate and damage the components around it. RMA the unit or open it up to change the battery before it gets worst. If the shell is tight the battery could damage the motherboard (or other components) once it keeps growing. This battery thing happen to my V20 phone every year, thankfully the device in this case can remove it.

I agree the battery is going defective. I never changed a battery in a A&K but could be fun. Thanks for the tips!
